The maximum number of patients they see in a time slot is 2. Many other facilities you are given a set of exercises and left to do on your own with little to no guidance. The individual care is so important in getting quality care! I have gotten my neck pain resolved there in the past and am now going for back and hip pain. I am improving greatly with the skilled treatment by Bill. The office staff is fantastic as well! The wait is negligible. I look forward to my appointments and do my home program religiously. This practice purposely does not disclose these fees to their patients until they travel for the appointment (no wonder they didn't need our insurance card ahead of time and said "don't worry he will give it later"). Lisa, the supervisor, baits you into an evaluation without any courtesy to the pain you are feeling. You are traveling for a SALES PITCH. They have a shady practice to reel you in, THEN share the fees, in hopes you take the bait while you are in their office aching in pain. Avoid this facility like the plague. If you are looking for an honest practice, this is not it. And the supervisor, Lisa, has made it very clear she does not intend to change the way they operate because that's how they make their money. They don't have the courtesy about caring for you, just their own pockets.

They listen and they seem to know exactly the right tests to run or treatment to recommend for your issues.
