Matthew and his team customize each session to my individual needs and pain levels. With other PT, it has often felt like there's a pre-built program to get me in and out of the office regardless of progress, but with Lifestyle, I've felt like each session accommodates my progress and needs. I never feel like I'm being forced through exercise I'm not ready for, and it's never a bother to focus on stretching/recovery for the session if my pain levels are higher. The staff is incredibly skilled in their approach and flexibility, which has helped me stay on track on sticking to PT each week thanks to the constant progress and change in routine. Finally, it's very reassuring that everyone is helpful, responsive, and honest with administrative/billing questions and needs. (That's a lie obviously I can, that's why I am writing this review and you are reading this because you care what I might have to say.) I suffer form serious back pain, and if you've been following my reviews you probably know this because my first review about the Wellness Room. Ever since then I wanted to find a place that did cupping therapy with fire instead of the suction tool. And like most of my experiences, I found this place on groupon. I got here and my first session KNOCKED ME OUT (in a good way) I felt the tension release from the places he put the glasses. They leave the glasses on your back for about 15 minutes while you are under an infrared light, once they remove the glasses they give you a 5-10 minute massage on your back with a muscle relaxer oil, after the massage they leave you to rest while the oil does its magic. And then you're done. When I tell you its hard not to fall asleep during the process, I mean it. I was so relaxed and tired after. Ever since my first session I have gone back every 2 - 3 weeks. And the more you go the more they ask you where specifically where you are having pain to make sure they focus on those areas. I am also very addicted to seeing which spots have the darkest bruises. If you are interested in cupping I highly suggest this place. There is a big difference from cupping with suction devices and cupping with fire and when you can find a place that asks you every time " where are you having pain today?" you want to go back because they care and you're building that history. Even though I found this on groupon I would pay full price every time without hesitation. The service and the treatment is truly unmatched.

This is my first time at this office and the attitude and the behavior of the front desk staff was very unprofessional. The screaming across asking me my insurance information, "Baby what is your insurance". I did my part, I emailed and texted my insurance and my drivers license about 5times before my appointment because I had an appointment that was scheduled for January 9th and it was cancelled. The entire behavior of the staff gives unprofessionalism. The girls screaming, discussing other parent's information in the waiting room. I did not make it in the back to see the doctor, I left, but before I left I asked the same loud uncouth young lady her name in which she did not provide, she ask why I need her name, and by her No, she knew her behavior was unprofessional and I was going to make a complaint for her, so i decided to wait around to speak to a doctor in which I did speak with Dr.Ha, he was very apologetic however I still refused to seek treatment because first impression for me is very important and that loud unprofessional uncouth behavior says a lot about the kind of medical office I was about to receive treatment from. Booking an appointment was easy and reception was super friendly. Dr. Ha mapped out a clear plan to treat my issues. On procedure day, I was a bit nervous but the assistant was great about easing my nerves. I had a 2nd procedure a week later and while still healing I'm excited that my issues have finally been resolved! My leg was pretty bruised after the 2nd procedure, (as to be expected) but they gave me a cream to help with the discomfort and bruising. I will definitely go back to them for some of my more cosmetic issues in the future!
