I have utilized B.E.S.T Physical Therapy throughout the years but most recently I arrived at their door step 5 days post op total knee replacement. Rachael was my main therapist for the first knee replacement 2 years ago, so it was great to work with her again. She is knowledgeable, professional and encouraging. I also worked with Michelle in the past and intermittently this time. They worked diligently as a team to get me back on track to full recovery. I was assigned to Rachael who was phenomenal with making a plan that focused on my ability to walk on foot without the need for further ankle supports . She was very knowledgeable answering all my frequent questions regarding my foot recovery . While always maintaining their professionalism they managed to add some humor to keep you positive to make sure you see that light at the end of the tunnel .
