Top tier customer service!…read more Ordered online ahead of time and food was ready on-time and well packaged. Had their food once before but this was first time going to pick up food myself. Place was bustling on a weekday afternoon. Most pick up experiences are pretty mundane and not memorable, you get your food and go. However, the staff who serviced my order was so gracious that I was honestly taken aback - I had never been treated so special for such a quick interaction with just a few kind words. All this to say that the smallest moments do make a big difference in the food space and because of this staff, Fluffies has earned my deep loyalty. I did not get his name but if he ever gets a chance to read the reviews, I know he would know it's him, I hope he has a good day and gets a raise, for real. It's very rare to get this type of service anymore. Thank you.

The other option i got was butter chicken it was okay probably a 7.2/10 wasn't anything over the top, im indian so I've had a lot of butter chicken in my life and I know when it stands out. The fries are frozen fries which aren't anything unique like a 5/10 they should get some curly fries or waffle fries just a thought for them to stand out more. The people and atmosphere are great so for customer service and everything overall is top notch. Just a few thoughts tho from my experience.

Wow. They really do deliver "ruthless" flavor combo as their in-store mural would suggest. My wife…read moreordered the Nashville chicken sandwich with fries and I did the same in rice platter version and they were legit! 1. ATMOSPHERE (5/5) - Clean, no non-sense vibe that leans utilitarian but hey, you're here for quick bite! 2. FOOD (5/5) - Chicken was juicy, well-seasoned (not too salty!) with right amount of heat (I ordered medium spicy and taste was bolder and better vs. wife's mild which felt a bit bland) and their pickle gave a nice counterbalance. Fries were slightly "old" but full of potato flavor with that peanut oil, and the rice, the RICE in my bowl... together with the mild coleslaw (not too sweet, heavy-sauced, or acidic) was just... making symphony in my mouth. It was seriously delicious... rice... like what?! It had like that subtle halal flavor, gentle bite, and carried sauce well. So while I thought I'd never say this, I enjoyed the rice platter version of the Nashville hot chicken over the sandwich version. Sandwich version was ever so slightly dry in comparison as well. 3. SERVICE (4/5) - Only docking point because it took a bit long (15 min) for this type of food, but my man at the counter was very nice and hooked me up with free soda. He also mentioned royalty program which I misheard as telling me to pick any beverage (wife told me later), which was a nice touch. (Sorry, I wasn't trying to be rude!) All in all with leftover to spare for next lunch, this was a surprisingly great meal. I'll definitely be back to try the smashed burgers! I never knew they were here though the guy told me they've been here for a few years at least... Well, now I know! Show Zalim some love ya'll and enjoy some GREAT Nashville hot chicken RICE BOWL and sando!

Plateaus and plains of fertile soil formed by now-extinct volcanoes, snow-covered mountains, and fast-flowing rivers lend themselves to a rich and varied table. Influenced by Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Central Asian, and Eastern European food and culture, Turkish cuisine is distinctive, as varied as the country itself. Located on busy W Palisade Avenue in downtown Englewood, my partner, our friends, and I decided on Antioch Restaurant for a celebratory dinner before a show at the nearby Bergen PAC. We made a reservation for a party of five via Yelp. Upon arrival for some of us as first-timers, this BYOB establishment offered a cozy yet modern vibe that felt both welcoming and elegant where we were seated immediately. The dim lighting sets the perfect mood. A well-balanced menu features plenty of choices for everyone. We decided on Antioch House Falafel, Turkish Meatball, Chicken Gyro Plate, and Classic Fettuccine. We began our meal with complimentary huge balloon bread (Balon lavaş), but it became hard like a cracker once it cooled. The food was fresh, well-executed with a distinctive combination of traditional and contemporary flavors, and delicious. Every dish we tried and tasted had been cooked with the utmost care, authenticity, and the presentation was amazing. The owner, Ugur, was a pleasure to talk to--friendly, welcoming, and professional. Definitely one of the better restaurants we've tried in the area, and a place that represents Turkish cuisine very well.
