I can't say enough good things about Justin at JAE'S Garage. I called him because my daughter's car had two dashboard warning lights come on and clearly something was wrong. He told me to bring it down, and he would take a look. When I took the car in yesterday morning, he immediately checked the codes and ran a quick diagnostic while I was still there. Despite having multiple other cars he was working on, he told me he would squeeze it in and get it done as soon as possible. He got the part in and made the repair within 24 hours. Justin's my mechanic. I highly recommend you go by and check check him and his shop out. Knowledgeable, efficient, honest and friendly. And he does an great job. I have a 97 Chevy Tahoe. I had the radiator fluid changed, oil and filter changed, AC worked on, engine and undercarriage inspection, and the gasoline filter changed. Word or caution. His shop may be a little hard to find. TL:DR Very trustworthy shop that does good and honest work. Good work and easy shop to work with! Very fair pricing with reasonable rates. Highly recommend! ____ Justin is the owner/operator. He's super friendly, easy to work with and operates an honest business. I'm fairly mechanically inclined and felt like the fuel pump was going out in the truck. I took it to JAE's Garage to get it diagnosed and worked on. He tested it thoroughly and could not find an issue and told me to take it back. I took the truck back home and after a week noticed the issue. I called Justin and told him it came back and sent him a video. He was very transparent and explained to me that he did not want to charge me for a service he could not verify. Kept the truck for a few days and tested at cold start (when I saw the problem most)... I ended up telling him I was ok with paying even though he could not replicate the issue. (which did solve my problem).. but I like to see that he was thorough and honest. He didn't just take the money and do the work anyway. I ended up taking a few other cars to him for service. Oil change on an Lexus ISF, Honda Pilot, a couple of 240sx's and he did a major service on a Toyota Sienna. He does both small job as well as major services and I've had no issues. Justin is owner of the garage and was referred to us thru a friend. since then he has been like a family member to us and takes care of all car issues and maintenance. from oil change to engine change and everything in between. He earned his trust several times where issue was diagnosed and resolved correctly. I had My GL450 Mercedes car piston misfiring issue that was bothering me for long time and had my car sitting in garage. He solved it for me at minimum cost where dealership would not even look at it without being paid upfront. and even after paying their diagnostics fell short and wanted me do pay them thousands to look further. I talk to their manager which repeatedly said his position was firm. He also worked on my lexus RX400h for timing belt, water pump and transmission fluid. also repaired my BMW 528i 90k service - Replaced the timing belts and hose and repaired oil leak issue without charge as this he identified as possible issue on his side that may have caused the leak. Quite honestly it was 1.5k job that he did for me free with out me asking. Overall, his charges and labor is very reasonable and his diagnostics of issue is unparallel to my experience with dealership and other vendors. and I am happy to write his first yelp review for him and hoping he can earn your business and trust. read more

Excellent experience. I needed to change my rear brake pads/rotors and to do a brake flush and tire rotation on my VW eGolf. Problematically, I had sourced my own high quality parts, which I learned many shops will not entertain. Justin, the owner, was happy to work with me nonetheless and got me on the schedule the next day. I went to Jae's garage earlier this week for jerky accelerating at low speed, my guess was i need to change spark plugs, which turned out not to be the problem, instead Justin diagnosed that a tore-up valve diaphragm might be the culprit. He did the work, fast and at reasonable rate. I waited a few days to test it in a traffic jam and knock on wood, I think the problem is fixed! Justin is professional and courteous, he even threw in a freebie (fixed a broken running light without my asking).
