So I came to Jade Laundry to wash my king size blanket and had a good experience. When I walked in, there was only one other customer and an employee, so it was super peaceful and relaxing. I really loved that I could use my phone to start the machines through the app, and it even gave me free drying credits just for using it, which was a nice surprise. I also liked that they're open 24 hours because that makes laundry so much more convenient. They had a vending machine and a TV too, I didn't get anything it was too early. Another thing I saw that stood out to me was a sign on the wall saying that once a month a church helps people in need by paying for laundry there for free. I absolutely loved seeing that and thought it was such a kind thing for the community. Overall, I'm really glad I decided to stop by and check this place out. I've been to laundry Matts since i was a little girl i am now 23 years old and i can say this place is the best in st.Louis This place was awesome ! Very clean ! 100% perfect customer service even offered to help get my clothes out of the car to bring them into the facility. They have lots of machines so even on a busy day you still will have room to get in and get out at a good time. Most importantly if you work late or busy day they're open till 11pm and will stay until your finish with your loads!!! 100/100 recommend this place !! read more

JADE Laundry offers services on their machines I've never seen before. You can start the machines from an app on your phone. You can track availability and time remaining from the app as well. The dryers have a setting where you can reverse the tumbler to make sure sheets and comforters don't get wadded into a ball. And you earn money and points, the more you use their machines.
