I was a little skeptical about using my phone to start the washing machines, but now I LOVE it! The washers and dryers worked perfectly and left my clothes feeling fresh and clean. What impressed me was the high standard of cleanliness thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff. They were constantly making rounds, wiping down machines, sweeping floors, and ensuring that everything stayed sanitary. With free Wi-Fi, ample laundry carts and washers/dryers, and reasonable pricing, it made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this place.

Service-wise, there wasn't an attendant on-site, but they do have a number posted on the door if you run into any issues. Just note that only one of the two coin machines was working, so it's smart to have a plan B or bring extra change with you. The ambiance was decent--well-lit and fairly calm--but the trash bins were overflowing and could use more frequent attention. There's also very limited seating, so you might want to wait in your car or take a short walk while your laundry runs. Lastly, there were only two laundry carts available, so if you don't bring your own, you might have to wait your turn. Overall, it's a functional, gets the job done, but it could use a little more upkeep and on-site support.

If he can be believed, the owner died and left him the laundromat (not sure he can be believed, but he certainly is ubiquitous at this location), even though he claims he is already independently wealthy (he is, after all, the real Bruce Willis -- the one in the tabloids is just his stand-in). I think the attendant lives there, since he maintains a chest filled with cheese, which he drops everywhere. The incessant chatter was just annoying, and I did my best not to engage. It only became scary when he pointed out the car that "they" gave him out of appreciation for his contributions to Richmond Heights (which his father founded, according to him). It was my car. At that point, I felt it was time to make a quick getaway before he noticed me driving off in his prize, so I had to schlepp everything in one trip and make a beeline. Fortunately I only pack away the winter linens once a year. Maybe by the time I need to go again, he'll have gone back to Hollywood.

It's in a safe part of town and has a convenience store right next door so you can grab a drink and a snack as you wait for your laundry as well. One of the drawbacks is that it's coin-operated only, so be sure to bring change (there's also a quarter exchange machine there if you bring bills). Another is that the detergent dispenser is often out of stock so I recommend bringing your own. There are also more industrial machines there if you have a really large or durable load. Like I said, this place gets the job done and that's all you can really ask for.

I love coming here, but a new guy working isn't wearing his mask even though it's supposed to be mandatory? The lady I usually see is awesome and very accommodating when I've had issues. They have reward card situation but the way it rounds the money always seems to leave me a penny short 7.24 vs 7.25?? I'm assuming it's a way to get you to keep refilling your card. Otherwise I love that you can swipe a card. It holds 25$ but I always get it back.

The machines are newer, and while yes, there were a few that have been broken/out of order, the next time I come back they are up and running again. They're not out of order for long by any means. When I say this place is clean, I truly mean it. Even the bathroom. I feel like it's well managed and taken care of compared to other establishments I've been to. I will say, be mindful of some people who might be in the laundromat as well; I've had my dryer sheets stolen right in front of me, literally, and my boyfriend was asked if he had dr*gs multiple times after saying no. There are interesting people that come, of course, but that's not the place's fault. Cleaners who work in Innsbrook also use this laundromat as well, and so do families. The machines are dirty, they smell, and they have a disgusting build up of old laundry detergent and scent beads. The building doesn't seem well taken care of, it has a smell, it's very expensive and nothing ever works. To top it off the motel next door uses every single washer and dryer for hours on end pretty much daily. The last five or six times I've been I have had to turn around and leave because of the motel using everything. Not to mention how expensive it is now for mediocre return. My clothes are always wrinkled and have a smell to them. Very disappointing to watch this place go downhill.
