My Samoyed, Winnie, needed a bath and a good comb-out. The pricing felt very fair for everything included: bath, sanitary trim, deshedding, ear cleaning, and a nail trim. Since she's double-coated, I expected it to take a little longer. The whole process took about three hours, and they sent updates on how she was doing along the way, which I appreciated. She looked great when I picked her up, super clean and shiny. They brushed out so much undercoat that she looked half her size, and the sanitary trim was done well. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely bring Winnie back for her grooming.

I appreciate the transparent window that allows me to see the groomers working on my pets, which gives me peace of mind. However, I would gave them a star off for the lack of communication with the actual groomer. Unlike a haircut, where I discuss my preferences with the stylist, I don't have a personal relationship with the groomer at Aroma Pet Grooming. In my opinion, having a rapport with your beautician is just as important as having a relationship with the person grooming your dog. My last groomer, for instance, groomed Gracie Mae's hair for 4 1/2 years until we moved.

Cathy and her staff are experts at what they do and they understand dog behavior really well. Cathy gives optimal recommendations for grooming and makes you aware of any potential issues that may affect the dog's health (no medical advice). Her attentiveness and her care gives me assurance that my dog is in good care. Most of the dogs I see in the reception area are almost happy to go here, especially if Cathy is in the front! I understand that there are a variety of dogs and dog behaviors, but I'm confident to say that this business knows what they're doing and will take care of your dog and leave them clean and refreshed!

He likes to gnaw on his back hip/butt area and he's white so his saliva stains his fur. The groomers trimmed all that gross fur off and he looks like a brand new pup again.

They took the time to clearly explain the services and pricing upfront, which I really appreciated. I mentioned that I suspected my beagle might have fleas, and instead of immediately charging for treatment, they reassured me they would check first to avoid any unnecessary services--such honesty and integrity goes a long way! Their pricing was also very reasonable, and I loved that they were transparent about potential costs and promised to call if anything changed (which it didn't). What meant the most to me was how they treated my dog. My beagle can be pretty loud, so I was a little nervous, but the team handled him with so much patience, care, and genuine affection. When I picked him up, I could instantly tell he had been well cared for--he looked happy, refreshed, and so clean! It's such a relief finding a place that treats your pet like their own. I'll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring groomer!

The price of a nail trim here is the same as going to my vet, but Hello Bestie's availability is much more open, so I will definitely be coming back every two weeks! There are no seats in the reception area but it was easy for me to park right in front of the salon. Typically when they are still wet, she sheds a little more than normal so I had to dry her up when I got home and then proceeded to take a while to deshed her. She told me that my dog was a good dog though so I'm happy to hear they got along.
