Good food, consistently good - delivery is fast too. Id definitely recommend this business for Chinese food

Decided to try a new place..not a good decision. We ordered the extremely bland wonton soup which had no taste at all..soy was no help. Ordered Happy family no better no different..no spices at all.the chicken & eggplant is the reason for 2 stars..ordered it mildly spicy..the eggplant was cooked..sometimes places do not cook it & you bite into raw eggplant. This was cooked.The pu pu platter had fried flattened shrimp..AWFUL 2 split greasy chicken wings never ate them.the beef on a stick was burnt beyond recognition..the spareribs fair.Cream cheese wontons were small & cold.ordered 2 pork egg rolls they were spring rolls & extremely dry.A disappointing meal from appetizer to entree. food in jade garden was just okay!! fried plantains was not Krispy as I wanted it to be. I thought spare ribs was also so so

Ordered from here for a year +. At first they were pretty good and slowly they deteriorated. Today I ordered take out for the last time. Garlic chicken was gamey and inedible. Had to throw it all out after one bite. Unfortunately there's not many other good options in the area either. read more

I have been going here for years. In the past year I have seen a drastic downward spiral in everything. The staff is nasty. Unable to answer questions about the food they serve. The food is extremely greasy. Flavor is non existant. The portions are minuscule and the price is now outrageous. I don't mind paying for good food and service. The food was tasty. The place is very stark, with very little decoration or any appeal. I suppose you don't need much in that department if you are mainly a take- out place but it would be nice. After all this is a nice community that prides itself on its appearance. read more

Moved to Bohemia a few months back and have tried the local Chinese food spots, none of them were halfway decent. Found Jade Garden and the first time I ordered the food was great and they deliver. I kept the menu in a draw for future orders and even wrote on top of the menu GREAT FOOD AND THEY DELIEVER. Well, last month my husband and I placed an order and it all tasted racid. The spareribs, the steamed dumplings, fried wontons.. all the meat really tasted spoiled. I called back and told them I didn't want this and wanted my $40 back. The woman told me I had to come down to the store. So we got in the car and I brought all the food back. But she kept $5 because my husband ate some of the dumplings and rice. Whatever, glad I got my $35 back. Never again.. read more

Good food at a reasonable price. I don't eat Chinese food a lot so when I find a place that cooks their food really good I feel the need to share. Jade garden is right on Main Street in Sayville and this is my first time getting from them. I'm only giving 3 stars at the moment and if they stay consist with the quality of their food and speediness of their delivery then I'll revisit and give them another star (or 2) I ordered wonton soup, cheese wontons, and sesame chicken combo with pork lo mein. Chicken is nice and tender, the vegetables in the noodles taste super fresh and the wonton soup is delicious. I'll be going back to try them again!! read more

Love Jade Garden! Not only do they deliver but they constantly have the best Roast Pork Egg Foo Young I have ever had! It always arrives quickly and piping hot. My boyfriend loves their Shrimp with Lobster sauce as well. Egg drop wonton soup and spring rolls are always on point. read more

So far the best Chinese take-out in our "area" that we found. Kids pediatrician is close to Jade Garden, so now this is our new stop on our way home . Great hot & sour soup. The steamed wontons / dumplings are excellent , thinner noodle than other places, so yum! Shrimp mei fun was great & an order of roast pork with vegetables . About a 10 minute drive , but worth it. ( I make my husband go - lol ) Try Jade Garden if you are in the Sayville area , it's worth it! read more

I'm reluctant to write a negative review because some of their food is good and some mediocre but that is not our issue. Called in yesterday, January 23, 2018 at lunch time and asked if their was a luncheon special and was told that anything could be ordered and what did we want. Placed orders for two for common choices: soup, egg roll and entree. No price was given over the phone (I should have asked) and ten minutes later I was picking up take-out in the store to find out that 28 dollars was owed while the luncheon special was listed at less than 7 dollars. When I protested, the girl was abrupt and snotty and made no effort of any kind to accommodate me or change the order in any way. An apology would have sufficed. I just ordered from here and the food is decent, the pork fried rice is pretty bland and the boneless ribs are dry. It took about an hour to be delivered to pretty much 5 minutes away but I understand they are very busy during this time on a Friday. I was surprised because I've never ordered Chinese food and not gotten any sauces or fortune cookies. I need duck and soy sauce with my Chinese food! They didn't forget to stick the menu in the bag though lol. read more

Horrible. Called & waited 1hrs & 10 minutes for my delivery. Was told it was on the way, 20 minutes later I call back & they say your order is in the store if you want to pick it up. If you like cheese wontons, you have not had cheese wontons until you eat them from Jade Garden! You'd think this is an easy thing, but I had them from Jade years ago and dozens of restaurant trys later I have always been disappointed.
