Its right next to a bar so you would think it would be loud but it wasnt at all. My only regret is not asking for utensils. Being from out of state, staying locally at a hotel I didn't have any utensils to eat. I assumed it would have been in the bag since the utensils weren't out by the sauces. But they were not. Ordered for pick up over the phone here today for a family gathering of 12. Ordered a variety of my favorites from sesame, general, orange chicken, beef and shrimp lo-mein, beef and chicken broccoli, wonton soup and pork egg rolls, variety of steamed dumplings, sweet and sour chicken, fried wontons, hot and sour soup, pork and chicken fried rice. Amazingly food was ready in 16 minutes for a big order. Ample sauces were provided. Was asked if I needed anything else. Lady on the phone who was also the lady in person for the pick up was proficient, professional and kind. Additionally woman helped bring the food out to the front was also friendly. Food was packaged well. Ultimately, everyone raved about how good the food was. They were impressed. The ambience of the place was satisfactory although we didn't eat in. This will be our go to spot. First time here and I'm loving the cleanliness and polite staff here. I ordered the Steamed Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables, the shrimp were large and plentiful the veggies were perfectly steamed. Garlic Sauce is on the side, I opted for the brown rice and I totally loved it. The shrimp was probably the best shrimp I've had at a Chinese restaurant. Whenever we do a work order for this amount or larger something is always missing. Not at this restaurant! Everything was there and even added a free chicken dish with their coupon on the menu. Got lunch yesterday and to my surprise this once decent place served me old food. I ordered General chicken combo and boneless ribs combo. The chicken was overcooked and I could not even put a fork in it. It was crunchy and the texture of jerky. I had to throw it out. They served me leftover chinese food. Many of the Chinese Take-Out restaurants in the area have been less appealing over the past years in flavor and quailty. Best Chinese food place I've ever been to!! Food is amazing, egg rolls are included with meals and speaking of egg rolls- they're absolutely incredible, perfectly crispy and not at all greasy. I was delighted to find the chicken and broccoli came with carrots as well which is something I've yet to see anywhere else, they also give you so many extras without you even having to ask like fortune cookies, tons of sauces, and crispy noodles. This is our go to local Chinese take out place. I've tried a few around the area and they seem the most decent. The lady at the counter is very nice and never got our orders wrong so far. It's hard to find a good Chinese spot these days but New Century is my go to. I pass 5 other places on my way to get food from here and it's worth it. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. I was craving chinese food, and it's hard to get good chinese food as a vegetarian. My husband and I went in, the place was super clean, I was impressed. The girl at the counter was very nice. He got the Hunan Pork and was very happy, it was a nice size portion too. I got the General Tso's Tofu. It was great! I ordered a disappointing dinner of streamed veggie dumplings. They were so bland and grey inside, not a veggie in sight(only bean sprouts)! I think they tried to compensate for the bland dumplings with overly sweet dumpling sauce. Going hungry seems more appealing than returning. This place has literally the best Chinese food ever. It is a small but comfy and friendly place to eat at. A clean restaurant and very nice and welcoming staff.
