This place used to be good but their service been extremely rude. The guy in the front is fast but rude. I wasn't done ordering and he just snatched the menu off my hands and assumes I'm done with my order. Their are still bland and oily. I still don't know why this place has high reviews. read more

Reliable delicious American Chinese food. Portions are always solid. Service is very quick. Their fried chicken wings are delicious. We always get the lo mein along with egg drop soup and hot sour soup. Very consistent read more

The best Chinese spot in 3 village, been eating here for at least 30yrs. I must say you won't be disappointed!!.

I was in the shopping center, so I stopped in for a quick lunch special having never been here. Appeared clean. Shocked and disappointed to see the lunch specials do not come with a soup or egg roll, just fried rice. I've never experienced that in any Chinese Take Out before. She tried to get me to upgrade to the combination, which includes an egg roll. I ordered the chicken with string beans. Chicken was tender, sauce was on the bland side. Fried rice was way too light for my liking. Basic Chinese food, typical lunch special size and price $7.40. Service was quick and friendly. read more

Great food quickly prepared. I particularly like the chicken with Chinese vegetables And the friendly workers

Food was delicious. Order was correct and delivered quickly. Definitely worth trying. Good good and good service.

Always great! The customer service is awesome! They are the nicest people with really good food.

Very good food, great soup, nice broth; food tastes like it's prepared carefully, fresh. We like the brown rice option, the egg foo young dishes and lo mein This place is very clean, they seem quite conscientious regarding Covid precautions. read more

Pretty good run of the Mill Chinese food, wonton soup, and shrimp and lobster sauce, shrimp fried rice were very much like all the other Chinese places today. They all buy their products from the same Chinese food distributor, not much of individually between these fast food Chinese places, that you will only find in upscale chinese restaurants! read more

I ordered a quart of Shrimp with garlic sauce and no vegetables through Door Dash because I cant eat broccoli and I was sent a combination and almost the entire meal was broccoli. The food is really good but the service not so much. read more

I'm curious as to how this place got so many 4?and 5 star reviews. There must be a lot of people who like food that is bland and flavorless. Even the packets of soy sauce and duck sauce were flavorless. Definitely won't order from here again. read more

I won't lie, How How's is a childhood favorite! I've literally been coming for over 40 years! It's a small spot in an unfortunately dying plaza, but it's worth the stop! My order is always taken accurately and service is always with a smile (sorry, but customer service is big for me). Won Ton soup, egg rolls and egg foo young are the family favorites (my brothers would add spare ribs to the list). If you're looking for quick take out How How won't disappoint. read more

Food was great. Delivery was early. I didn't see current reviews so I wanted to leave one.

Have been going here for 20 years. Never disappointed. Almost always get chicken and broccoli with black bean sauce (family favorite) along with a few other items. Food is always fresh and delicious. Always. Calling in or walking in, the service is fast and accurate. The only ambiance is Louie busting his butt along with his wife and the other workers. The kitchen is always clean and you can stand right there and check it out yourself. Love HowHow read more

They make the BEST house special low mein!!! I always ask for extra shrimp and chicken, there's a an extra charge but SO worth it!! It's never oily and always done right!!! Delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service is great, friendly and helpful! read more

Awesome, I recommend the boneless ribs and the sesame chicken. Food was fast and delicious.

The best Chinese place to order take out from in Port Jeff. so far, better then ichiban. I always order there wait 10 minutes and pick it up, the guy at the register is always the same very friendly, quick and gets my order right every time even when I am ordering for a large group. Their quality is good, my husband loves the sweet and sour soup and the pan fried dumplings. I enjoy it all. Place your order walk over to walbaums and rent a movie at the redbox and you'll have a good night awaiting. read more

A takeout Chinese place with friendly staff? Yes its possible. The guy that works here never seems pissed off to see you...weird I know. Its your basic Chinese takeout place, everything you would expect. Ya for cornstarch! read more

Best local Chinese food spot. I highly recommend this establishment. Food is always perfect.

Food is very tasty. Family run. Great hours. Ask the cashier to flip the coins when he gives you change- he's great at it. I love this place. The only thing I would say that they can improve upon is a more accurate time frame on when the food will be ready. My rule of thumb for this place is that if they tell you 10 minutes, its going to be at least 20. Sylvester knows best! read more

It's cheap, it's tasty, they give you free things the more you spend. Also, pretty damn fast. Got it when I was in need of cheap eats and I gotta say, it's better than a lot of the chinese I've had on LI. I wish they had delivery, but coming here is a small price to pay for fast goods. read more

I LOVE this place!!!! We order take out here once a week every week and sometimes more. The food is awesome!! Everything we have ever gotten has been better than any other Chinese restaurant in the area. The food is done in a very timely fashion, we call, leave home and it's ready when we get there in 10-15 minutes. The egg rolls are perfectly crunchy and not at all greasy. They strive to prepare things exactly as you ask if you have any special requests. The portions are very generous and prices are very reasonable. The ribs are fabulous. Fried rice and lo mein awesome. The staff is friendly and polite. That always have a smile and are pleasant and accommodating. The place is kept clean and if you so choose, you can order your food at the restaurant and watch as it is prepared. This is the place to go! read more

Delicious sesame chicken. Fast takeout. Reasonably priced. What more could I ask for? I ordered ten minutes ahead, went there picked it up, minimum debit is $7, I spent $10 and walked out happy. Hot and tasty food, large portions. Friendly staff, not like that really matters, I leave the restaurant and eat it fast and it's delicious, everything I could ask for. read more

How How Kitchen - Sesame chicken... LOOK AT ALL THAT CHICKEN. Yum! - Chinese Near Me - East Setauket, New York

I love this place. It's been a family favorite since I was a child...I am now 35 and cannot find a place that I like better. The staff is friendly, the wait is usually reasonable. I also want to share a story about them. A couple of years ago, it was the middle of a snow storm, and after a hard day of shoveling and being cooped up, we decided to venture across the street to How How. The roads were bad, and nothing around was open...when I pulled up, the lot was empty but the lights were on. I gratefully walked up, as the guy who's always behind the counter was locking the door; they were closing early due to the weather. I said "oh, you're closing, I'm sorry," and began to walk away. He said "no no, come in, come in!". I placed my order (which wasn't small) and they made it on the spot, and seemed happy to do so. I was so grateful to them for that. Love this place. it doesn't look like much, but their food is awesome. read more

Had the General Tso's chicken very good but could've done without the huge onion sliver in it!! Also the pepper...

A small Chinese take out place. The food is passable but lacks real flavor, kind of bland. If you are really hungry and you are close, then ok. If you are anywhere else, don't travel more than a mile to eat here! read more

The food here is no good. If you know Chinese food at all, you'll know that this is NOT good Chinese food. Everything is bland with no distinctive taste to any of the dishes. Never in my life have I seen dumpling skins so thick and doughy. We ordered at least 5-6 dishes, and none of them were any good. It was our first time, and we waited a bit for our order. In the time we were there, no Asians came in to order food. Take that as a sign. I'm telling you, the food is not good. Even fast food chain, Panda Express, is better than this!! We ate what we could and threw out the rest. read more

This is basically my cafeteria. I could not imagine how my life could proceed without How How kitchen at the Suffolk Plaza. As a poor medical student, I have to find a way to eat healthily and cost-efficiently. The hospital cafeteria helps me do that, but when I study at home, this becomes the cafeteria. I don't like to spend time shopping for groceries and cooking, so How How has been the default for dinner. They have a wide selection of the usual Chinese fast food dishes. As a Chinese-American who has been in the United States since 1st grade, I am perfectly fine with eating this kind of food daily even if it is not the most authentic Chinese food. I order the chicken and broccoli almost religiously. The Young Chow Fried Rice is pretty good too, even if it is nothing like the real thing, which I have had many times in China. My Korean friends rave about the hot and sour soup. The employees are nice and there is a brisk business going on here. read more

Came here on Wednesday night and I couldn't believe they're still open, me and my friend ordered some sesame chicken combo and chicken broccoli combo. They are really good except the broccoli wasn't soft that why I gave it four stars. The guy gave me a free soda when I spent 20 dollars, I will definitely be back soon read more
