The in person service was not there. We waited a long time between sitting down and getting our menus until they asked if we wanted anything to drink. They completely forgot my one friend ordered general tso so we didn't even bother asking for it after all that time. They misplaced the food in the table and the receipts. Like they couldn't afford to be bothered by identifying which person ordered what. They were Disassociated. Hospitality was not there. Even bathroom door felt grimy. Outdated. I would not go out of my way to visit again. We mostly decided on this place because of good reviews and it was between trips. But we definitely would have made a different decision if we knew they were kind of lame. We weren't even offered refills on our drinks. Ugh. They sure mounted the joy out of me. Sad. Was not even picture worthy.
