If you pull at the meat, there's a solid chance all of it will come right off the bone. I ordered spare ribs and corn, and both came out very quickly. The ribs were obviously the highlight, but the corn was really good too. Since you order at a counter near the entrance, it's a little hard to fully rate the service, but the process was simple and efficient. They also gave us cabbage to feed the goats outside, which was unique and fun. The seating area is near windows with a great view of the mountains, which makes the experience even better. I downloaded Yelp just to write this review, so that should say enough. Definitely recommend Sugar's Ribs, especially for the spare ribs.

Unfortunately, both my smoked chicken sandwich and my husband's beef BBQ sandwich were very dry. We ended up adding Sweet Baby Ray's sauce just to make them more enjoyable. The fried pickles were extremely overcooked -- so crunchy they were hard -- and didn't have much pickle flavor at all. The fried okra was bland and lacked seasoning. We did arrive around 6:00 p.m., and they close at 7:00, so it's possible we caught them at the end of a long day. Either it was an off night, or this is typical -- we're honestly not sure. Just sharing our first experience.
