These are not your typical thick molasses based sauce, most featured vinegar as the main flavor. I thought this very unique and very good. My favorite was the Great Sauce - combo of habanero, onion and vinegar. Unfortunately, both my smoked chicken sandwich and my husband's beef BBQ sandwich were very dry. We ended up adding Sweet Baby Ray's sauce just to make them more enjoyable. The fried pickles were extremely overcooked -- so crunchy they were hard -- and didn't have much pickle flavor at all. The fried okra was bland and lacked seasoning. We did arrive around 6:00 p.m., and they close at 7:00, so it's possible we caught them at the end of a long day. Either it was an off night, or this is typical -- we're honestly not sure. Just sharing our first experience.
