Ironically, our toddler ended up with the best meal of the three. His chicken tenders were actually tender and flavorful, and while the fries were pretty basic, they were fine. Unfortunately, both my smoked chicken sandwich and my husband's beef BBQ sandwich were very dry. We ended up adding Sweet Baby Ray's sauce just to make them more enjoyable. The fried pickles were extremely overcooked -- so crunchy they were hard -- and didn't have much pickle flavor at all. The fried okra was bland and lacked seasoning. We did arrive around 6:00 p.m., and they close at 7:00, so it's possible we caught them at the end of a long day. Either it was an off night, or this is typical -- we're honestly not sure. Just sharing our first experience.
