Jane our cleaning super woman was amazing and helped so much - the best that she could considering it was a pig sty we moved into. I would recommend this cleaning service company for their work and also for their customer service as all of the above were amazing. I think we might just found our go-to cleaning company.

Whenever they're done, it looks, smells and feels like the apartment I want to live in!

The work was beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cost effective way to get professional cleaning done. As before, they did an excellent job for a fair price!

Do not hire this cleaning company. I got completely SCAMMED by them when I was 9 months pregnant. I…read morehired them to come and deep clean an apartment I was moving into. I usually would do it myself but I was extremely pregnant and it was not safe for me to handle chlorox etc. The apartment certainly needed a deep clean after being lived in for years but it was NOT filthy since it had been painted and the floors were re-done. The bathtub was being re-done as well and was not ready so I asked them to clean around it. The stove and fridge were also brand new. It is a two bedroom, one bath. Two women came to clean (one was almost 30 minutes late with no phone call indicating that she would be arriving late). Once they had changed they immediately started requesting supplies that were beyond what we had discussed over the phone. I provided them with everything even though each time they would send me back for something else. I left them in the apartment and when I came back an hour later, the door was chained. It was 3pm in Prospect Heights-- NO reason to chain the door shut when it could simply be locked. When I called later and asked if this was a standard practice of the company, I was told that it was not. After 3 hours of work, my husband came back to pay them and he was told not to enter the apartment because the "floors were wet." He paid them and tipped them without thinking much of it. They also demanded that he give them a 5 star review on the spot. He told them he would have to wait for me to see the place. When I came back the next day (moving day), i was SHOCKED that the only thing they did in 3 hours was mop the floor (with a dirty mop) and clean the windows. They did not open one kitchen cabinet and did not even appear to have entered the bathroom. I had to clean the entire apartment myself. When I called back, I will say that Claudette offered a "discount' on future cleaning services which is a joke. I would NEVER call them again. I think the positive reviews are either fake or maybe they have a huge disparity in staff. EIther way, BEWARE.

All of them were punctual and did very good work. Then when we requested regular cleanings Joanna worked with us for two and a half years until the pandemic hit. She was also a friendly, welcome presence in the apartment. We've tried a number of different options over our years in New York, and Anna's really hit the sweet spot of quality and price. I don't write a lot of Yelp reviews, but some companies are worth the time. Strongly recommend you give them a shot.

The backsplash in the kitchen was still dirty and mirrors weren't clean. Even found a piece of hair in the freezer compartment. To quote my building's move out inspector: "Your cleaner did not do a good job." Two of us who were…read morethere also agreed. Team Clean NYC's lackluster work included basically the entire kitchen remaining dirty, the floors having debris, and the cleaner breaking a panel off of the cabinets. While that stuff itself is disappointing, the real cherry on top is the company not interested in doing anything but defending the work. EDIT DUE TO RESPONSE: 1. We came back at the time that he told us, if he wasn't done then, that is not on us, and we were glad to wait however long needed. It simply wasn't communicated. For example, if he didn't want us there while he was cleaning, he could have given us a time to come back when he was done, finished on time, or simply asked for more time before we came back. We're sorry if stopping by, tipping him, and saying good work caused an uncomfortable environment. 2. We knew about the cabinet and could have explicitly mentioned it in the email, however not only is it clearly not a cabinet that we managed to not break in 2 years, but the details mentioned in our emails were loosely paid attention to so I'm not sure it would have done any good. 3. "Set up to fail" is an odd way of defending this kind of cleaning work. At the end of the day, your company left the apartment in that state and the photos show the work that the company somehow is proud of.
