I appreciate the "in route" texts I get from this service when they are on their way to my house. We have three cats and one large dog, so pet hair is a really big challenge. Laura and her team somehow manage to clean so thoroughly, that when they're finished, it looks and smells like we are a pet-free home. It also doesn't hurt that Laura is a warm, caring, animal-loving human being. I have cleaned for hours and for some reason, it just never looks as clean as the job they do. The dust was located on baseboards, lighting fixtures, flooring, kitchen countertops, and also in my kitchen cabinet interiors. With our new bundle of joy on the way we wanted to make sure that we hired a professional cleaning service that not only specialized in post-construction cleanings but also used chemical free products. After having a phone consult with Patrick we decided to move forward and book their services. Patrick explained all details of their post-construction package which put our minds at ease, he was also very knowledgeable and patient with all questions that we had. Our project lasted for six days at eight hours per day which seemed long but it was well worth it. He also used commercial air purifiers and Hep-a vacuums which was greatly appreciated. Our experience with Elite Supreme Cleaning was flawless, pricing was more at a premium rate compared to others, but it matched the quality of service that Patrick and his crew delivered.
