Despite paying in advance for three months, Jacob consistently failed to fulfill his responsibilities. His lack of professionalism, false promises, and disregard for the well-being of my family and pool maintenance are unacceptable. I had to terminate his services due to his irresponsibility and constant lies about attending to my pool. Beware of Jacob; he is the ultimate liar, and his actions reflect a complete lack of commitment to his clients. He also promised me a refund that I have never received, but I was promise. he blames his lack of having not money to his family problems. Beware, do not give him money in advance. He will tell you he show up to your house when in fact he is not. He says he put chlorine on the pool. He doesn't. He has an empty soul no conscious. Paid $750 for a "full pool restore" as invoiced said. The pool was still green afterwards. His response was that my pool was too bad. He said needed more time, aka more money, to clean it. Well, why did he even quote me for $750 in the first place. He said I need regular service to keep it clean. Why would I hire him for regular service when his initial service didn't even work? He said he used more material than included in the invoice. I honestly don't care how much he used, I don't need to know that. All I care is the result. I hired Jacob in March/2023 to service my pool after replacing the pump last summer and expected for my pool to be Crystal clear and stay Crystal clear but sadly after just 4 months I had to let him go due to his incompetence! My pool was blue in March and ended looking like a swamp just 4 months later!!! I'm going to share BEFORE pictures (BLUE WATER) and 4 months AFTER having Jacob "Service" my pool (GREEN WATER). You'd think it was the other way around! AND to top it off he claims he changed a few panels from my filter "free of cost". However, the new pool guy just showed me just how filthy and broken they are!!! I am honestly appalled that someone would represent themselves and their business in such a manner! I do have to say that Jacob did refund me last months fee but I can't believe I paid him a total of $888.10 in just 4 months to leave my pool looking like this!!! Hire at your own Risk! Jacob didn't seem to have very much experience. Not only did he leave the front and back of the house a mess with DE powder and trails of dog crap he stepped in; he also left the pool basket removed which could have caused damage, and chemicals in the pool were not properly balanced. When I expressed my concerns with the pool continuing to look green he said he'd try and stop by later on that day but that he had car problems. I text him at 7:30 that evening if he was going to take care of it or if I should hire someone else. He immediately went into defense mode and told me to hire someone else and that he'd give me back 25% which I never received. I've got text messages and pics if he'd like me to post them. read more

For those of you who are considering him, install cameras to make sure things get done. i just read jacob's response to my review and to say that he spins a good yarn would be and understatement. I have pictures of how he left my back yard after being hired to clean my pool and the yard work that was paid for but never done. he also left his trash laying around and never bothered to put it in the trash can. he also left his pump in my back yard and has never bothered to come and get it. He made time to come out that same day, he was very polite with great customer service and very transparent with pricing. Never needed a pool guy until now and I found Jacob on Yelp. He is amazing. Very responsive, extremely knowledgable and very honest and upfront with pricing. When he came out and turned on the filter, it started leaking. He could have easily invented a repair but instead suggested we contact the realtor. Jacob helped me after my last pool guys took advantage of us. The pool people before told us we had to empty our pool because the water turned green. We emptied and it still turned green. We watched them on the cameras and they just came really quick and didn't do anything but get some dirt out of the pool. Jacob however has been a gem. Literally on top of everything.
