He quickly got the salt cell replacement going under warranty (no cost to me!) and spec'd out an automation setup. That night, received the quote with a timeline to get the parts/ installation. Price was right. Brian got everything installed and running very quickly (and on time) and was super communicative / timely throughout the process. I also liked that he was able to set a time for a meeting, not a half day time window like so many do (and fail to meet). We also got a few other bids from other companies, but their designs were so much less impressive and attractive that they weren't worth doing at all. We finally decided to move forward with a scaled-back version in late 2023. Garden View replaced our curved, multilevel brick patio with a modern paver one that is much larger and nicer. They also squared out our driveway and replaced most of our plants and trees with nicer versions. In the process, we also discovered that there were a number of foundation problems with our garage and office and they did all of that work too. Their electricians, plumbers, framers, concrete workers, and landscapers are all friendly and proficient and they make sure you are happy with the work, even years later.

I had a crew out to my house the very next day. They removed the entire step and used all new composite material. There is no paint that will peel, no splits in wood. Spacing of the planks is perfect. I would absolutely hire them again. EDITED TO NOTE, I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY THE COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY WILLING TO CORRECT THE ISSUES. I AM PLEASED ABOUT THAT. I WILL UPDATE FURTHER WHEN THIS HAPPENS. I spent approximately $75,000 with this company. The paving job was the main job. Front, driveway and backyard. They did an awesome job on the pavers. The small job was to add a wooden step around an existing wood deck. This is where everything fell apart. The planks were laid at different distances apart. The paint bubbled in numerous places. The Redwood they said they used, has split down the center of some pieces. Josef was responsive to my complaints and sent out the worker to repair. This happened 3 times. He repaired the wood cracks with "bondo". There are so many layers of paint, it's peeling off. I gave this company one year and 3 attempts to make this step look as it should. It's now been almost 1.5 years and now it's time to let the world know...DO NOT HIRE WAY TO GO BUILDERS for any wood projects. You will be wasting your money. I'm attaching pictures.
