Edit- second review…read more I was called in Friday by Bryan. He was extremely polite and he was looking to make it right. Within 2 hours I had my device working properly. He also gave me his cell phone number for any issues I had in the future. My intent was not to get anything free , I just wanted the traffic back on my radio so after a few disappointments on there end I feel they deserved the one. But remember 1- buying the car was a great experience I relish the haggle sometimes. 2- the service department did a fantastic job every time I've brought it in. 3- Bryan (sp) had called me and made it right. So now IMO ( they never asked me to bump up more score ) I'm giving them 4 stars. It could be 5 after I buy my next car from them. Hopefully he brings the same professionalism he brought our first go around when I bought the Summit. Hopefully they can understand that sometimes a customer doesn't know who to go to , so since they bonded with their salesmen that's who they reach out to. At least it's what I do. Thanks for the call , Chris This is really a sad situation on their part. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee summit. It was a Demo. Dave was my sales person and Bryan was the manager ( or next level salesman). We hassled over price and I eventually got the price I wanted all was well. We have used their services for oil changes and recalls and that has been extremely nice. Here is where things go bad and for me it makes it real bad. 1- when I went to have the tires rotated the service tech mentioned the car did not gave a key for the licked lug nuts. Ok no big deal give Dave a call he takes my number never calls back. Call him again mention about the no call back he apologies takes my number and again never calls back. So I call back the following week and speak to Bryan the sales manager would be my guess. I told him about the lugs he was nice but had me come into Rothrock so they could inspect my car to make sure it was indeed missing. I drove there and he searched the car then pulled out the bag with the 4 lugs that were removed and saw that the key for the lock was indeed missing. He took the bag asked me for my name and number (since Dave had left) and said I would get a call. Well two weeks go by and no call. So since the inspection was due (now 2 months in ) I decide to see if service would help and sure enough they did. It was actually no big deal. Why either guy just didn't transfer be To service was beyond my thought process and I guess theirs as well 2- I had the car for a year and the Xm radio and traffic stopped working. I knew the XM would go away it was only a -year trial run. But the traffic is good for 5 years. I called XM and they said there was no membership under my name and I would have to call the dealer So I called and Dave was not Im so I called Bryan. This guy picks up on the first ring just to tell me how busy he is. I explain quickly that the paperwork and online info says 8.1 inch systems get 5 free years of traffic. He says he's busy but takes my number and says he will call me back. As I write this it's been 3 + weeks and no call back Again wouldn't even direct me to whoever it was I should speak to. Look I'm sorry but selling the car is the first step. You want repeat business you treat your customers with respect you HELP them when they call you with issues. Maybe it's not your department but you guide them to the right one. This place is all about selling the car they could care less if you come back. If they did they would help customers in need of assistance.

They need to answer their phones. I called 8x and someone picks up & hangs up (Today 8/31/24) I…read moredon't want to hear they had phone issues because that was the same excuse they gave me previously 2x before. Also, they screwed up my paperwork in the very beginning when I transferred my lease from one state to the other. They had no idea what they were doing. Them not hanging up today was the last straw. I'm going elsewhere unless they make things right.

I couldn't be happier than I am today. You have no idea. Not to go on a spiel about my experience…read morebut I can't help but begin to thank the team at Allentown Enterprise, and one special thanks in specific to Rosie F. Not only did she put up with my annoying brother and detail oriented and at times Hun-angry mother, she set us (the dysfunctional trio) at ease and made each of us as a group and individual feel more like a family. No seriously, I thought we'd all go out for chips and dip afterwards. Rosie isn't just smart and focused, she's fun and beautiful. She's also the strength of that team and it's not hard to can tell. She has a driven persona but has just enough time to care enough for us "men" to give advice to help us in places we could see improvements in as far as our travels, life, and making sure we joint bank accounts, car-tidals, and such etc... (after marriage). That's a care many people lack, and I sincerely appreciate that about her, she didn't have to be so kind. After a semi-long, a lot shorter than most car approval time brackets, Rosie stepped outside to show me some of my opinions and she had me taken by the first one. She found out my taste in the midst of a conversation and I couldn't be more pleased. Personally, I've had a rough two years, and I've been kind of down in the dumps, it was good to come to a place like the good folks at Enterprise Allentown and here them actually say "Yes, You're Approved"! I honestly couldn't be happier. It's a happiness I didn't even show after getting the keys, but it all came out as soon as I got home and sat in the car alone thankful for bumping into Rosie. You really brightened a piece of my future today. If you need a car, and you feel lost for options, go to Allentown 1713 Lehigh St. Enterprise, and ask for Rosie! Tell her Julian sent ya! And a personal note from me to you! Just wanted to say thank you guys!!!!!!!! You are the best! And I'll be telling the world! P.S. somebody help Rosie solve the Rubix Cube at the corner of her desk ;) Julian -

This was the best experience purchasing our new family car. Thanks to Jacob M. He was so helpful I…read morewas able to review all the features which I love, online, I was able to test drive and signing was quick and easy. This is one of the best auto salesmen in business. I didn't feel pressured or asked for an outrageous amount for a down payment. I let him know my situation and what type of vehicle I had and wanted for my family. It worked out great and I'm happy with my decision. Thank you again! V

I bought my car a little over 2 months ago. Although I greatly appreciated the help when purchasing…read morea few things happened that ruined the whole experience. 1- I haven't even driven 1000 miles, and the transmission started making a noise. I took it there, complained, was told they would reach out and they never did. 2- I was told the transmission in my car is new, but after it started acting up, they told me the previous owner said it was new and they had no proof. 3. After taking my car to their shop twice, the mechanic downplayed the noise and starting saying things like "it's a lot of work", "it'll be very expensive", and "you could spend all that money opening up and there's no guarantee we can fix the issue". These all sound like excuses to me. If I had purchased a $2000.00 car I would not be complaining but I spend $14,000.00 on a car that I was told had new parts, when they had no proof, and now that the transmission acting up nobody wants to help.

Got a full diagnostics and found out that this had been an on going issue with the car but had know idea because the codes were erased. Overall worst experience ever and would never recommend them

I got a vehicle from this company last month and came to the realization that tha has gage doesn't work properly when I decided to drive to NYC, when I left PA the reading was 300 miles and when I got to my destination it was reading 295 miles, I drove 5 miles to get to NYC. The A.C doesn't work well and the inspection wasn't recently done and among other things. I have sent numerous emails and text to the gentleman i dealt with and I got no response, so my fiance went into them and was explaining the situation to the manager for the manager to then say that the vehicle have to adjust to a new driver and that highway miles and city miles is different and that I'm getting more mileage... what sense does that make??? So he didn't suggest for them to service the vehicle, he said that i will have to take it to the dealership. Please be aware if you do,do business with them.
