The adjuster was very elusive on the schedule of service, but John and Ryan made it a point to be honest and upfront with me so that I could plan accordingly. They go out of their way to make it easy to work with them regarding pick up, drop offs, etc. They will even offer to drive you to a nearby place while you wait for your car to be done. Their prices are beyond reasonable. It's rare that you come upon a business where the customer is first. Yet, Chris' is just that place. They not only do auto body repairs, but car maintenance as well. Plus, they are nice people to work with, courtesy and honest. I highly recommend their shop.

Perp did not leave a note and security cameras did not capture the incident. I was hoping paintless dent repair (PDR) could be performed, knowing that the dent being placed at the crease of the aluminum fender would make for a challenging repair. I learned that a master technician named John at Thompson Detail Center at 450 N Broad Street in Doylestown was a true expert in PDR. One should be aware that this Center performs many more services than detailing, including wheel protection and restoration, PDR, scratch & dent repair, Paint Protection Film, Window Film Tints, Ceramic Coat, and more. I stopped by the Center, and John assessed the damage and provided me a very reasonable quote for the job. I dropped off this SUV the following week for the PDR to be performed. When I returned to pick it up, I was massively impressed with the quality of John's work. Both to the eye and upon feel, the fender looks like it did right out of the factory (please see the photos). I realized I had made the best choice possible by having this tech perform his craft. I will be very happy to refer family members and friends to John and Thompson Detail Center.
