David C came out to give an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, patient and informative. He answered all the questions I had at the time and he made me feel comfortable about pursuing this project with PRS. I was given three quotes for the various levels of roofing they offered (good, better, best) that were all very reasonable. I decided to go with the best quote. Work started on my roof a little over a week from signing the contract. The crew assigned to the project were great, beginning with the project manager (pm), Ulises A and foreman Jay. The pm was very professional and knowledgeable. He communicated the status of the project continuously. Once the old roof underlayment was removed, he made repair/wood replacement recommendations supported by pictures and explanations. All the members of the crew led by foreman Jay, worked methodically and in unison with one another. At the end of each work day, they all did an excellent job cleaning up all the debris. I was even alerted that they needed to access my neighbor's side yard to retrieve all the debris that landed there. As mentioned, I am the type to obtain multiple quotes, so I expected that after he did the inspection, we would go over his findings and a few days later I would receive a quote. After he did the inspection, he showed me a video of something the other roofers didn't, which was nice as I like a thorough job, but then said he would be in touch with a quote. I received a phone call a few days later asking to discuss findings, but when I called back, I got an AI bot which was then followed up by a call back from a real person. We had an old water stain we recently found on a closet ceiling as well as an old water stain on our kitchen ceiling that we wanted to get checked for a roof leak. Jesse came out to take a look for us - he was kind, honest, professional and knowledgeable! He reassured us that the old water stain from the closet was not likely to be from a roof leak and suggested potential causes for the stain on the kitchen ceiling (stucco or chimney)- all part of the free estimate. He took pictures and told us to call him if we noticed any new water stains so he could better pinpoint the problem and he would come take care of us. Solid company!
