Office Manager, wanted me to show up even with a headache, I specifically told her I couldnt because I had a Headache. She said it would be a no show and they were booked out all the way until May. I told her I would call back and reschedule then if not I'd go else where. Well, I called today and they didn't want to reschedule me and said they need doctors approval before they can reschedule me keeep in mind they had me on hold for 5 minutes for no reason, I let them know that was very unproffesional as Headache are a covid symtpom and if I would of showed up that day like that they would of still sent me home. Never recommeding anyone here. They arent uderstanding of unforseen events and don't appreciatte you as a patient.

But Ryan was able to show me on a scan exactly why I needed the root canal and gave me the confirmation I needed. If you can have a specialist do your root canal over a general dentist, I would highly recommend it -- and Dr. Ryan Franklin & staff are the best! He even let my daughter look through his microscope and took the time to make her feel special. I hope you never need a root canal, but if you do -- go see Dr. Franklin.

I remember the sounds of screeching birds (that was actually sound from a high-pitched whine caused by the drill). I'm glad the dentists I see now do not use those tools. The other thing I detest is that bright overhead lights. I may have watched too many sci-fi movies because those lights look like an alien space ship hovering over my head. However, my fears were dispelled when I saw Dr. Franklin. He was kind and gentle, answered my questions and spent a good amount of time with me. I went to Dr. Franklin for a second opinion. The good doctor allayed my fears of the work prescribed by the other dentist that I saw. He explained in detail the pros and cons of dental work, and the time to get the work done. After a thorough examination, Dr. Franklin said I have a gentle bite. Overall, I've had nothing by superb assistance from this office - from Sierra, at the front desk, to Grace, who took the Digital 3D X-Rays. The day of was a breeze. I remember counting backwards in the chair and then being outside getting in the car, all my wisdom teeth out in less than an hour. It's 4 years later and I have had no issues. Highly recommended, especially if you are super nervous about this kind of thing like I am!

Dr. Patel said the x-ray was not sufficient and he needed to take another one, a lady from the front desk came and talked to me telling me she had to let me know it was going to be exspensive, $175.00 but the Dr. needed it. So I agreed. After the x-ray, Dr. Patel came back in and said he needed 5 teeth pulled and it would be $3,000.00 I was stunned! Also that did not include todays visit. I told them I would have to see what I could come up with, I did not have $3000. They told me I could apply for Care Credit or Cherry, I did and was approved for $9000. to be used only at Dr. Patels office. Paid cash $300.00 for today made an appt for a week away. My Dad is 93 and on a limited income and I also wanted to check with his Dr. to make sure it was ok to do this. The next day after thinking about everything, I felt as if we were being taken advantage of. I went back to original dentist and told them what happened. He decided he would do it himself. Which he did and all is well. Another thing I did not like was Dr Patels office gave no breakdown on the charges just $3,000. I would not advise anybody to go here.

Even tho she hurt me with the X-rays it's not her fault. Then doctor Sabrina came in and right off the bat has a nasty attitude, not sure what that was about. That's great and all but I'm here for a single toothache so I ask what the plan is, what can be done today to get me out of pain. In short...nothing. Ok so when? A month plus lol What a joke. Left in more pain than i had been dealing with for the past 2 weeks and have to wait another month before getting any relief. Unprofessional, incompetent and down right rude doctor. They are also using my husband as their personal little cash cow. They don't care at all for you. Thats evident right off the bat when on the phone to schedule the appointment. Before ever asking me what's going on or how I'm feeling, the receptionist goes straight to insurance info. She asked for my insurance information before my name FFs. Your only job is to provide a service. A service that the client needs, not a service of your choosing. If I had come in with no specific issue I understand they want X-rays to establish a baseline and get you started as a client. But I wasn't there to chit chat and make the doctor's car payment for the month. I was there for a specific issue that needed immediate attention. She sent me home with an infected tooth that she ignored. Horrible doctor! If I wasn't able to mitigate the infection myself and it had spread doctor Sabrina and I would be in court or worse.
