Very good food! We enjoyed our breakfast here. Fresh and filling. Pancakes are sweet and fluffy. The sausage tasted great, not too spicy. Very friendly staff took good care of us. Worth the stop if you want a fresh, home style breakfast.

Today was our first visit to Jaclyn's Kitchen, a spot my husband had been wanting to try for a while--and it did not disappoint! We had a lovely date, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was warm and welcoming. The ambiance is charming and cozy, and the owner seems like such a wonderful person. We'll definitely be back again soon!

I've eaten in over 45 U.S. states in some of the finest restaurants, diners, drive-ins and dives (literally) shout out to Guy Fieri. Jaclyn's ranks among the top 3 food establishments and it's not even close. From its authentic down home charm to its southern comfort food offerings this place hits on all cylinders. I don't post half eaten food normally but the fact it didn't make the reel should tell you how unprepared for how good this meal actually was. Food doesn't surprise me. I was exceptionally surprised how unique the choices were. The cinnamon roll and pancakes were didn't order, they just gave them to us. The hostess Nicole and the owner Jaclyn both sat down and had chats with us even though it was a busy Saturday. I do not have enough time to tell you how impressed I was. Just trust me. If you don't visit this NWA gem, you are missing out on more than a great meal. You're missing out on what makes us American. (P.S. They are relocating next to the lake in March 2026) Thank you guys for making the end of 2025 spectacular. See you soon.

I went here on a Sunday at noon. I had the pleasure of being served by Melissa, she was great! The place was not too busy. They seemed to be out of some supplies due to the snow so I was unable to get biscuits and gravy. However the eggs were okay. Sausage was really good. The hashbrowns it was a pretty small portion and tasted okay. The english muffin the way they put it on the grill was very oily tasting. I liked the atmosphere of this restaurant and definitely want to come back and try their biscuits and gravy!!

We are new to the area and have eaten here a few times. On the latest trip I decided to order a burger as I have not before. The restaurant is a small, locally owned and run business that caters to locals for breakfast and lunch. It really has a homey feel to it. Service Is always prompt and courteous. I ordered the sweet potato fries with burger. The bun was a perfect hamburger bun, light and soft and great flavor. I also added bacon and it added a great flavor. The burger was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The sweet potato fries however were lacking in seasoning or flavor. I good experience overall and we will be back.

When I asked a simple question about what made the fries accompanying the ribeye "spicy," our server responded with a series of questions rather than a straightforward answer, including asking if I had issues with nightshades and what level of heat I tolerate on the Scoville scale. The interaction felt unnecessarily complicated and somewhat condescending. After checking with the kitchen, she said the fries could be made without the spice, so I ordered the dish. However, she then informed me that the ribeye itself had a chili rub, requiring another trip to the kitchen. While they ultimately said it could be prepared without the rub, I was told it would significantly delay the order. When the steak finally arrived, I was disappointed with the amount of fat on it, much more than the typical marbled ribeye. Overall, while the ambiance was enjoyable, the service created friction in what should have been a simple ordering process. A more direct and customer-friendly approach would have made a big difference. The F&B manager reached out to me through my Open Table information which I respected however, we don't plan on returning.

They said they've been partnering with a local supplier for years. And it really shows in the quality. It's in a museum. So finding it was a little difficult at first, not knowing what to look for. But once inside, it's a pretty awesome scene. Will be back for sure.
