I came in today for a 1 hr float spa experience. The staff are so nice and helpful. She took me…read moreback to my pod and explained process and had everything from towels to shampoo and conditioner and body wash for when you get out of spa. They had a floaty ring for your head and ear plugs if you didn't wanna get water in ears.. the water was right at about 93 so very cozy.. the spa is salty so you float and it feels very strange.. at least to me. I couldn't relax but I stayed in for 20-30 min before I quit and showered.. lol it just wasn't for me but I will say a few hrs later I noticed I didn't have as much joint pain as I did when I got there. It has a lot of good things going for it the problem was totally me not the pod.. I may try it again in future but for now I'm good lol.. thank you to staff for understanding and being so kind.

Update: Sadly, time has not been kind to this facility. All the pods have mold in the hinges, the…read moreflooring in the shower stalls is ripped and warped, and probably hiding mold under it. The first room on the right has a broken doorknob that allows it to fall open if bumped and has not been fixed (as of September 2020) despite demonstrating the failure to multiple staff members and calling the owner. The "unbuntu membership" promised classes, newsletters, workshops, gatherings, and more. The only thing it had was one float per month at a $20 discount. I loved the experience of floating, but after almost a year as a member, I had to cancel. Previous: The staff is friendly and welcoming; they have a passion about floating and your relaxing experience that is palpable. The rooms have great energy and feel inviting. When you're in the rooms, the doors lock so you feel secure while showering and floating. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash they supply smell fantastic. The lounge is inviting. I cannot recommend trying this enough. I like to start out with the lights in the pod on (you can choose red, white, blue/cyan, or purple lights) and the music. I turn the lights off after I feel "settled in" and then the music a few minutes after that once my mind feels settled in as well.

I've done the salt float tank session four times at Aqua Float & Cryo. I will be calling it the…read more"salt pod." Each time, I've had a positive experience and have come out feeling more relaxed. I purchased the Groupon for three float sessions. I recently purchased it again, and the staff didn't really like that I did that but honored it anyways. They have membership options if you're looking for ways to save money. There's a picture that was current as of late Nov 2019 of membership options attached. Be sure to book an appointment in advance. When you get there, they check you in. The staff member asks if you need to use the restroom. Yes. Yes, you do. You do not want to in a salt pod for an hour needing to pee (rookie mistake). You get a private room with a shower, a salt pod, a bathrobe, two towels, earplugs, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. You're instructed to take a shower before getting into the salt pod. You have the option of wearing a swimsuit or not. It's a private, locking room. So, up to you. I would recommend using the earplugs. There are buttons inside the salt pod for music and light, to the right of your head. Just be sure not to press the attendant call button, which is there also. You can also leave the door on your pod if you don't like confined spaces. The pod doesn't lock and you can open the door any time. Pro tip: if you're wondering what water loaded with tons of salt tastes like, don't let curiosity get the best of you. It tastes very, very bad. If you're a reasonable adult human, there's no reason this will become in issue for you. After your time is done, the water in the pod starts gently flowing. You can then take a thorough shower and go to the front to check out. Overall, I enjoy it and it makes my back feel great.

Absolutely LOVE coming to Schilsky for my neck & back pain!! When I first started coming in…read moreSeptember of 2019, my back pain was so severe I could barely move without spasms and pain shooting all through my back and legs. I literally had tears in my eyes throughout the day. I KNEW something had to change. I was referred to Schilsky by 2 former co-workers who told me of their amazing experiences. As soon as you walk in the building, you are greeted by the friendliest faces behind the reception desk. Always polite, caring, and eager to help you. After just my first visit, they would then greet me by name, which was a very welcoming touch. I even got married since my initial visit and I am still greeted by my now not-so-easy to pronounce last name. The therapy is always so relieving and relaxing. Dr. Sprague takes his time to listen to your concerns, and tailors your treatment plan based on those individual concerns. He even took a couple minutes to teach my step-daughter about chiropractic care and give her a giggle! Some occasions I have had to wait a little longer than usual to be seen, but it's always worth it. I HIGHLY recommend Schilsky Chiropractic center for all of your chiro needs.

Like going in one ear and out the other. Although this office is clean, fast-paced, and rated number 1, I feel, in my opinion, it's a more rushed feeling. Get more patients into the clinic. It has changed since the last time I was a patient in 2019. Mechanical it is now. I love the traction table, and being a plus-size person, I can still get chiropractic care.
