Absolutely LOVE coming to Schilsky for my neck & back pain!! When I first started coming in September of 2019, my back pain was so severe I could barely move without spasms and pain shooting all through my back and legs. I literally had tears in my eyes throughout the day. I KNEW something had to change. I was referred to Schilsky by 2 former co-workers who told me of their amazing experiences. As soon as you walk in the building, you are greeted by the friendliest faces behind the reception desk. Always polite, caring, and eager to help you. After just my first visit, they would then greet me by name, which was a very welcoming touch. I even got married since my initial visit and I am still greeted by my now not-so-easy to pronounce last name. The therapy is always so relieving and relaxing. Dr. Sprague takes his time to listen to your concerns, and tailors your treatment plan based on those individual concerns. He even took a couple minutes to teach my step-daughter about chiropractic care and give her a giggle! Some occasions I have had to wait a little longer than usual to be seen, but it's always worth it. I HIGHLY recommend Schilsky Chiropractic center for all of your chiro needs. read more

This office is pretty busy now, which shows. Yes, the staff asks you how you are, but it doesn't seem genuine. Even the dr. Felt like he was listening but not. Like going in one ear and out the other. Although this office is clean, fast-paced, and rated number 1, I feel, in my opinion, it's a more rushed feeling. Get more patients into the clinic. It has changed since the last time I was a patient in 2019. Mechanical it is now. I love the traction table, and being a plus-size person, I can still get chiropractic care. read more

I recommend if you have special needs people or kids to not go to this Chiropractor I had a very bad experience he calls me to go into a seizure told him I have to use a wheelchair because I have a seizure disorder and that I could have a seizure at any time and that Medicaid pay for the wheelchair and he refused not to see me so anybody and Wheelchair is anything like that I would not recommend you go to him because he is very very very rude and I will not be going back to him and that someone should be accounted for about this but it's not and I'm never going in there again first it was the issue with the van so and it just because I have a wheelchair that they couldn't transport me OK I went in there today it was a different story and they said that they would not let me in my wheelchair even in the office and he shook his head back-and-forth read more

Their staff is amazing with attention to detail. They do not just adjust you. They evaluate the whole person with a complete medical history and X-ray the area of complaint to make sure they are not missing anything. They do not take the shot gun approach and just blindly adjust patients as most chiropractors do. Their care is top notch and would not trust anyone else! They can be busy at times but they have been voted number one for over twenty five years for a reason, so people go where they can get the best care! read more

I went twice. Once when I could barely walk after throwing my back out and another time for constant headaches. Both times I was treated like cattle. So many people filtered in and out, not personal enough, quick appointment and he only adjusted my lower back the first time and neck the second time. I've only just realized that this is the kind of chiropractor so many people say to avoid. I have been told now that a good chiro adjusts the whole body and takes their time! Do not waste your money here. I would also like to add that I was very uncomfortable with the man. He kept touching my leg when we spoke. I felt very uncomfortable both times. read more

I called this office for a simple adjustment, my back hurt from flying all day the day before. I was just visiting Jacksonville on vacation. I have had regular Chiropractor adjustments for 5 years in California. I arrived and was handed 10 pages of paperwork, front and back to fell out, at least 20 to 30 min to complete. They wanted xrays, evaluations, tens machine, stretch machine, before I could get an adjustment. I didn't intend to ever comeback. The upsale was just ridiculous. If you live in the area and intend to commit to regular treatment that's one thing, but what they wanted from me was just ridicules. read more

I just went here yesterday in sooo much pain I could barely move my neck from left to right forget about even looking down it was excruciating pain! I was afraid to see a chiropractor because years ago when I went for my back the chiropractor made it even worse and I started having neck pain so I let my neck and back get worse and worse for years but I had to do something so I saw the reviews for this office and I was impressed the staff is amazing and super friendly! And Its no surprise by the staff he chose that the dr. Was just as awesome! He was sooo nice and he put my mind at ease telling me he didn't see anything in my X-ray that couldn't be fixed! (The first chiropractor told me I had phase 2 degeneration and full blown arthritis) he adjusted me and I'm not even kidding I woke up pain free and it's been yeaaaaaaaaars since I have felt this way I can move my neck up and down and left to right with ease and pain free. I can't wait to go back for another adjustment! read more

I've never met a more friendly staff in my life! I know that, no matter who I interact with, I'm going to be treated THE absolute best! They're all very considerate and they all help with a smile! I'm glad I chose to come here for my needs. Jordan, she works right up front, and for good reason. Jordan is THE best! No matter what time of day I go in there, if Jordan is there, my day brightens! She has a great smile and is just the sweetest. Overall, great team of people! read more

The only place I get cracked. Dr Sprague is great. Staff always help me as soon as I check in.

Horrible horrible horrible absolutely horrible. Waited over an hour and a half to Be seen. FYI I called them And asked them if my insurance was IN NETWORK with them and they said yes. I was a new patient granted I know I have to do new patient paperwork and they waited over an hour to give me the new patient paperwork. I got there around 4 FINALLY was brought back at 5!! Little did I know I would do MORE sitting and waiting!! While I was waiting for the chiropractor they did an EP test on my back that measures the muscle tension in your spine. So I'm new at this place and I'm like alright when am I going to be adjusted? Wondering why they performed that test on me. The chiropractor comes in at 5:30!!!! I can't even explain to you what a waste of time this place is!! He came literally touched my back three times in three different places (that was my EXAM by the way) and says "they'll take your X-ray and we'll do an adjustment from there" I'm sorry what? An X-ray? I REPEAT YOU DO NOT GET AN X-RAY UNLESS YOU HAVE A BROKEN BONE OR YOUR DOCTOR PUTS IN A REFERRAL FOR YOU TO GET ONE!!!! otherwise it is INSURANCE FRAUD!!!!!! This place is a scam!!!! After the chiropractor is done saying that the what? Ladies? Nurses? Lol come into my room and say "your insurance was verified but you have to pay 200 out of pocket" I'm sorry...? I what? I know my insurance coverage and I never PAY out of pocket to AN IN NETWORK practice! Turns out they were out of NETWORK so they Lied to me. Do not come here uncles you want to waste your time and your money !!!!! read more
