Dennis, my physical therapist, gave me a thorough interview to get a good understanding of the status of my injuries. He really took a long time to try and devise a plan to put me on a path or recovery. He wasn't the only concerned guy here. The whole team seemed to be watching out for all the other patients. Others would step in to make sure I was taken care of. Not once did I feel even slightly disregarded. I highly recommend injured souls come here for a professional, efficient treatment with lighthearted physical therapists. They always seem to be in good mood... and that itself is uplifting.

The hardest part wasn't the refusal, but not being given a chance for a conversation. Health requires a whole-person approach, and when honesty is met with dismissal, it leaves patients feeling hopeless. I hope this office will reconsider how situations like this are handled.

I signed few things I didn't fill out online and I only sat down like maybe 5 min and was greeted by my therapist Victoria. I must say she's the sweetest young lady and has pretties red hair! But I digress lol.. Victoria took me into a side room with lots of privacy and did a total assessment of my knee strength, flexibility, pain tolerances, and asked questions about where pain was.. how long I've had it.. why I was there, and what goals I had . She looked at notes doc sent with referral.. I was anxious and she went thru every step explaining as we went.. she asked how often I would come I told her I could only do 2 days week she was fine and never pushed for more.. my doc wants 6 weeks to start go from there.. this was my first time here and I felt very comfortable with the staff.

You just go onto their website and select the type of massage or experience you are looking for. You can choose a specific person or any, and pick your time. They do book up, however, I was lucky and made an appointment the day before. If you are looking for specific times though, I would try to go at least a week, sometimes two weeks in advance. When you arrive, you walk right into their waiting room which is very calming. Their are signs that tell you to silence your phone, and wait for someone to come grab you. Once you go back, there are multiple rooms. The rooms themselves are also very calming and they have heated tables for your massage. They ask you various questions about pressure, any allergies, types of scents, etc and then they get right into it. Overall, this was everything I needed and more. I love how close it is to my house, the ease of booking, and how comfortable they make you feel. Lovely experience and I have already not only made my husband an appointment but booked mine for next month!

Got a call from them asking me why I didn't show up, which is totally understandable When I tried to explain and apologize to the lady and tell her to just charge my card for the missed appointment she got very pissed off and basically hung up on me while I was in the middle of trying to explain why I couldn't be there. Excuse my language, but she was a real bitch. Took a time out. Then went to their website to send a message about what a bad experience I had. When you click on 'send a message' it takes you to a page saying they don't accept messages. So I searched on the internet for their phone number (which isn't on there website) and gave them a call to let them know they may not have the best customer service person making follow-up calls. And I got the same lady! I guess they only have one person answering calls. We talked for about a minute before she went back to her old routine, how she had to hang up on me because 'her' therapist had been waiting for me for 15 minutes and she needed to get in touch with someone to see if they would take my spot, both horrible lies since I told her earlier I'd pay for the missed appointment. Any way, I eventually told her thanks and my new mission in life was going to be destroying this place on social media. So here's my first attempt to do that!
