I like that they can accommodate (usually) my lack of planning and walk ins lol. I don't enjoy going to Chiropractors bc they always want me on some health plan and let's do this micro adjustment today and in a year you'll feel better if you come see me 10x a week forever etc. this is not that- you lay on a warming bed to loosen you up, he asks you what's wrong and you go from there, it's a good adjustment that feels personalized and I'm left feeling heard and more importantly feeling better. Now he does say come back next week sometimes depending on what's bothering me but they don't pressure me. It looks like a hole in the wall place, the atmosphere is small fam, but he has the bells and whistles and will give you what you ask for without shoving "upgrades" down your throat. TLDR; want a chiropractor who listens? He's your guy. Ladies up front are also nice and understanding

When I first started coming in…read moreSeptember of 2019, my back pain was so severe I could barely move without spasms and pain shooting all through my back and legs. I literally had tears in my eyes throughout the day. I KNEW something had to change. I was referred to Schilsky by 2 former co-workers who told me of their amazing experiences. As soon as you walk in the building, you are greeted by the friendliest faces behind the reception desk. Always polite, caring, and eager to help you. After just my first visit, they would then greet me by name, which was a very welcoming touch. I even got married since my initial visit and I am still greeted by my now not-so-easy to pronounce last name. The therapy is always so relieving and relaxing. Dr. Sprague takes his time to listen to your concerns, and tailors your treatment plan based on those individual concerns. He even took a couple minutes to teach my step-daughter about chiropractic care and give her a giggle! Some occasions I have had to wait a little longer than usual to be seen, but it's always worth it. I HIGHLY recommend Schilsky Chiropractic center for all of your chiro needs.

I love how considerate they were of my time as there were only one chiropractor there. I was a walk in and first time sessions take a little longer due to paperwork. I made an appointment there and was given the option to fill paperwork at home and bring it back during my appointment. A few minutes later after having a phone call in my car, the receptionist comes outside the door to ask if I want to be seen now due to another appointment cancellation. Awesome customer service!! She handed me a tablet to fill my info while explaining to me more about the clinic. She mentioned this place is more for wellness and not to fix severe issues from car accidents. This was totally fine with me as I only needed an adjustment due to the slight curvature in my spine. The back of the clinic has an open layout with adjustment beds lined in a row. People can scan their key card and go in the back to wait for a chiro. There's monthly plans where you can go 4x a month and package plans which are more flexible for your schedule. They have a fast walk in system due to the adjustments being very quick. The chiro did a very great job adjusting me as I felt no pain during and after. Definitely going to commit going multiple times a month to help my back pain since the price is so affordable! Oh did I mention they give military discount? Extra plus! They also gave me a cute goody bag and small informational folder as a first time patient.

I have had 5 sessions since the initial evaluation and this is the best I've felt in ages! She would have her assistant watch me do the activities she suggested. close to the last time I went, she had me doing a routine that was detrimental to my body, going sideways and stopping quickly. The first time I did it, when I stopped a pain went through my hip and dropped me to the floor. The assistant helped me up and got me on a table. The therapist wrapped tape around my leg to treat the pain. I went back for another session, when I walked out I never went back. I have later learned what she had me doing has caused non repairable damage. I now get shots in my hip to stop the pain. I don't sue people but in this case I wish I had. This girl was very arrogant and over confident of her abilities, she never supervised the patient leaving that up to her assistant who was never trained. I don't remember her name, so I can't pin point her exactly, so I suggest avoiding the business altogether as well as any other physical therapy business that tells you what to do and then leaves you to do the exercises while she goes to talk to her friends or whatever else. One on one continuous monitoring, is the way it should be.
