I caught one of the female employees (muscle woman with mullet) flipping me off from a distance once trying to impress her little clique, never said anything because you can tell the management breeds this toxicity. The gym itself is awesome but you'll have to lick boots otherwise they'll make you feel like you don't belong. I've spoken to two different people who feel this way, which sucks because people go to the gym to improve themselves not be torn down. Unfortunately I paid a year upfront and I went maybe ten to fifteen time in that year. Unless you're already in with their little clique you won't like this gym. I moved to the golds in Jacksonville the same town and totally different energy and staff everyone's chill it's a better gym.

There is new management that is present and I will definitely say they are very attentive and very open minded as well as very kindly and available when it comes down to receiving day passes or trial passes or even signing up the memberships the staff is very kind and very knowledgeable, as well as the happy very good team of personal trainers One in particular named Eddie has been very profession very professional and overall very kind individual. He is very knowledgeable and what he does and he seems like when he comes into work he actually enjoys what he's doing just like the other traders. The gym environment is definitely a lot different than what it used to be. It's very open. It's very much an Amazing gym as well as very clean. As you walk into the gym, there are plenty of spray bottles for sanitation as well as the Waite racks to make sure that everything is proficient in citation standards. The gym is very calm and not overwhelming and yes, at times it is a bit crowded but reasonable times they are very proficient and making sure that Gym Goers have the opportunity to utilize the equipment

I was a member here for over a year and genuinely enjoyed it, so canceling was not a decision I…read moremade lightly. I've waited almost a month to write this because I wanted to give management the opportunity to address what happened privately. This review concerns one specific male employee. The first time we interacted, he approached me after my workout. I assumed he was new and simply being friendly. During a later visit, however, he spent an extended amount of time lingering near the vending machine directly across from my sauna. He appeared to be occupying himself in that area, but every time I looked up, he was watching me exercise. These sessions involve floor-based yoga and Pilates movements, bending, stretching, and holding positions where having an employee stand outside and stare feels especially invasive. This was not a quick glance or someone briefly checking the facility. He remained directly across from me and repeatedly watched through my workout. During another session, I suddenly received follow requests from him on both Instagram and Facebook. We had never exchanged names or any personal information. Our only connection was that he worked at HOTWORX and I was a member. I cannot prove exactly how he found me, but I was immediately concerned that information available through his job had been used to locate my personal accounts. That wasn't flattering--it was alarming. I began changing my workout times specifically to avoid him. Then, one night, he left the building while I was still exercising. When I came outside approximately 20 minutes later, he was still sitting in his car in the parking lot and looking at me with a smile that made me extremely uncomfortable. I was there alone and genuinely afraid to walk to my car. I reported everything by email to the owner, Christine. She initially replied that she would call me, but I never received a call, missed call, or voicemail. I followed up and received no response. I ultimately canceled my membership online because I no longer felt comfortable returning. HOTWORX is built around members being able to exercise independently, often alone. If a woman reports that an employee repeatedly watched her work out, found both of her personal social-media accounts without being given her name, and was still sitting outside when she left at night, the bare minimum should be a phone call and a serious response from the owner. That did not happen. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to any woman who plans to work out alone, especially at night.

They are open 24 hrs with a passcode to the door when you sign up for membership. It's not like any other gym I've gone to before and it seems like there's tons more benefits for your body compared to other gyms. I enjoyed going but I'm not sure I wanna pay for another membership. You can't bring own towel or mat you have to rent or purchase them from them. It's not a lot of money and if I did membership I would buy rather than rent.. I suggest you try it and see if it's for you.. the staff were amazing and helpful with it being my first time.. everything is kept very clean and sanitized!
