Good equipment and well maintained and you are allowed to access the gym alone once you are authorised. The only reason why I'm not giving this a 5 star is Not all of the employees share the same hospitality as and word class customer service as Casey. So who ever drives a red Jeep is a d--ck. You took the comfort off that gym. And bad taste in music bringing your depressed a$$ in there. Other than that 90% happiness rating on this site.

Lacking facility, rough atmosphere, subpar coaching, absolute drama mill…read more Edit: 1/18/2023 - The Co-Owner, Mere, WILL slander you and spread rumors if you choose to leave her gym. I've attended CrossFit classes and done 24/7 access over the last year, irregularly both due to a difficult schedule and an honest distaste for the environment. I enjoyed the excitement and hype coming in the gym to attend the class the first coupleWhen I realized the warm ups were rinse and repeat regardless of what the days movements called for, I started noticing more issues. 1. The equipment is marginally looked after, very aged and rarely updated and or replaced. I'd say 2 barbells had decent spin, none are spectacular and the majority will spin maybe a rotation before stopping. 2. The rig is large, yet still ends up being space limited and the pull up bars don't appear to be tended to in order to maintain texture and grip. Some tape is tossed on but otherwise doing high rep/high intensity movements like bar muscle ups and butterfly pull-ups and even toes to bar are going to be limited by grip texture and just plain old slipping off the bar. 3. Plenty of rowers, a couple ski ergs, and a few rogue bikes. But any issues (broken seat) are given a bandaid (a roll of tape) to fix its, no permanent fix after MONTHS at minimum of disrepair. It's been a obviously known broken piece of equipment since before I got there. 4. Security/Safety - not a concern for the owners despite multiple gripes, especially by women, about the lack of exterior lighting around the side and back entrance to the building when accessing early morning and after sunset when no gyms are in session (24/7 access door). There is no way to know if someone is lurking, there are no lights or security cameras to deter potential attackers. As a father and husband, this is a massive red flag. If you don't care to address the safety complaints of your athletes and coaches, then what do the owners care about? Unsavory foot traffic is constant at all hours of day and night due to the location. Many of who could very easily hide in shadows and do what they may when anyone exits the back door. 5. Owners are more focused on the personal training aspect, and appear to be focused on monetizing the clientele over providing a solid foundational experience for anyone to develop a sense of community off of. Competitions appear to be hosted quite often, with astronomical prices to be paid by participants to compete in a subpar gym with subpar equipment. Coaches aren't paid, rather, they have their own membership written off as work trade (absolutely horse crap). As a current client and former CrossFit coach from Northern California, this is the poorest example I've seen of leadership in a gym. 6. Social Madness. Not just social media, but in-person, the owners appear to target individuals they feel threatened by in a personal or professional aspect. From long, multi page stories on Instagram attacking individuals for egregious conduct that should be settled in court rather than attempting to slander a person as often as they can, to talking down to a married female coach of their own gym for having spoken to the male co-owner and being warned not to flirt, to lashing out at other coaches because of their lack of direction/leadership and incentivizing coaches to poach client sign ups from eachother for "bonuses". All in all, some of the individual clients at the gym are the sole reason the gym continues to be any level of successful, despite a recent mass exodus of both clients and coaches (for reasons stated above). The ownership and community fostered by them is toxic and a shameful mark on the CrossFit Community as a whole. I would not recommend this gym as a place for especially beginners/new athletes to try to learn foundations or receive coaching to develop healthy and proficient movement patterns. This is a gym best suited for friendly workouts with people you know on a 24/7 access basis, but do carry a measure of self defense when accessing while the sun is down.

I've been a member for a couple of months now and so far so good with 2 minor hiccups! I haven't…read morebeen able to use the pool yet but I will soon. Staff told me I am allowed to bring my two year old with me and since it has been colder here it is a great activity her and I can engage in. I mostly utilize the cardio and weight room. For the cardio room if they had another stair master that would be awesome! Sometimes I have to wait to get on it. The weight room is great in my opinion a lot of motivation in there and usually never over crowded unless a holiday is coming up. Next is the locker room, Not bad at all. Theirs a Spanish women whose usually in there making sure its tidy and shes amazing . I, for the most part am in the gym extremely early so shes the first human I interact with for the day and always a great conversation and very polite. Lastly is the daycare AT FIRST the very first time I left my daughter I felt like it was a huge inconvenience to the staff members in there. My kid can be a cryer so I understand(to an extent, toddlers cry) but she maybe wasn't in there 7 or so minutes and they came to get me while I was in the WR they said she won't stop crying and if she continues I'd have to leave. I quickly followed the female and I didn't let my daughter know I was there at all i heard no crying, just saying sometimes you have to give kids a few minutes calm down plus she's a toddler... the second time I went to drop her off it was the same thing. Though she didn't really cry but the child care staff didn't seem they wanted to be there and did not greet me just rudely asked if i brought snacks. I rushed my entire work out cause i felt uncomfortable leaving her with people who seemed like they did not want to be there BUT the third time i brought her there with my husband it was a whole different atmosphere! Completely different, every person was in a better mood and extremely polite .. they said they give 15 minutes and if the child doesn't stop crying THEN they get you which is waaay longer then when they first got me. Maybe, possibly this should be how the child care staff should be all the time and not flip flop. I don't know which service I will get once time to the next the days I do come later in the day and bring my child. I really hope my husband being with me wasn't a changing variable in the way treatment went. You pay extra a month to have the consistent service so their should be the same consistent customer service to follow . Which is why I gave 4 stars instead if 5 but very much so willing to re review in 6 months if it all improves ! The place is great though! Great price and all except those two minor hiccups. Also in the child care room (I don't remember her name) she is white with shoulder length brown hair. When ever shes there I feel extremely comfortable leaving my daughter in her care! Best one in the room. When I come back to re review i'll definitely throw her name in there and the locker room woman! And their is a male with collar bone length dreads he has outstanding customer service as well!

It feels as though longtime members are being pushed out rather than valued and appreciated. Unfortunately, I no longer feel that this is a gym that is welcoming or comfortable for seniors or young women. The overall atmosphere has changed, and it increasingly feels as though the priority is maximizing how much money can be made rather than creating a positive, inclusive environment for the people who have supported the gym for years. It's incredibly disappointing to see a place that once felt like a community become so focused on profit. Longtime members deserve to feel valued, not disposable.
