Context: I have been trying out studios that offer Vinyasa yoga and Hot Yoga (26 standing) since 2011 when I was traveling for work, so I've been around the block on or twice ;) i love trying new places when I travel because every Yogi Instructor brings a different aspect / perspective and life experiences (Just like is!) to the class and the way they lead the class. If you're new to Barre, I would recommend starting with a breaking down the barre class or a foundations class to get started. All classes can be modified, and instructors are happy to help you get the most out of your workout/answer any questions you may have. During class I sweat like heck and really feel the burn. Afterwards, I always feel awesome. The next day, I'm so pleasantly sore and want to go back again! I can already feel and see changes in my flexibility and muscle tone after just a few classes.
