Everything was clean, and Christina had a centerpiece with lit candles and beautiful plants that was placed away after introduction to room. Christina asks at the beginning for any troubled areas of focus she can work on and informs you to tell her throughout the session if you would like to adjust the pressure. Christina provided great relief to my neck area helping improve my flexibility and range of motion tremendously. Next time I will go for a deeper massage with Christina, but for my first I liked the pressure and my body feels rejuvenated so I can't complain. Booking is easy through her website and she even reaches out an hour before your massage to orient you to the right place. I loved this massage and will be back! The interior decor is…read moreequivalent to the basement bedroom of your hippie friend from high school: Scarves draped over lights , oil splattered on the walls and cheap wall hangings. I should also mention the hot stones and towels that are kept warm in crockpots. I "experienced" the ionic foot bath. I sat in a metal folding chair with a cheap blanket thrown over it. The technician, if she had a license, probably printed it from a fictitious website. I am sorry to have to post the unvarnished truth about this place, because the owners are very nice. It unfortunately, is absolutely not a 5 star spa as most of the reviews would have you believe.

Hot stones and aromatherapy is included, which is a lovely addition. My ONLY issue with this business is not honoring an E gift card one year. I purchased a few gift cards from them and I feel that this small business is definitely doing well enough (opened a second location) to honor gift cards past one year. I would suggest not purchasing gift certificates from them or for other people as gifts.

The one caveat was that I had requested specific add-ons for our 60-minute massages. We did receive 90-minute massages, which was appreciated, but the specific add-ons we requested were not included. Overall, we had a very positive experience and I would recommend them. I would just suggest confirming any requested add-ons prior to your session.

OMG, this was one of the most outstanding experiences I've had at a spa (I've been to dozens and…read moredozens) 2 hour massage with Trish, I never needed to inform her to lighten up or add more pressure, as if she just knew, intuitively, WOW! . I've had many types of massages for the last 45 plus years, this one was in the top three. I then had a complimentary introduction to a facial with Karen. Every detail was explained, product, effects, ingredients, etc., again, WOW! Studio was squeaky clean, inviting, comfortable, and thankfully sooooo quiet, only the light/soft sounds of very soothing spa music/sounds piped in at the perfect volume. Lighting dimmed to absolute perfection. Yelp only allows 5 stars, these folks exceeded that. I'll be returning hopefully monthly with my other half so we can have a relaxing spa day, or half day, together. If you go to RELAX!, you will NOT be disappointed.

You just go onto their website and select the type of massage or experience you are looking for. You can choose a specific person or any, and pick your time. They do book up, however, I was lucky and made an appointment the day before. If you are looking for specific times though, I would try to go at least a week, sometimes two weeks in advance. When you arrive, you walk right into their waiting room which is very calming. Their are signs that tell you to silence your phone, and wait for someone to come grab you. Once you go back, there are multiple rooms. The rooms themselves are also very calming and they have heated tables for your massage. They ask you various questions about pressure, any allergies, types of scents, etc and then they get right into it. Overall, this was everything I needed and more. I love how close it is to my house, the ease of booking, and how comfortable they make you feel. Lovely experience and I have already not only made my husband an appointment but booked mine for next month!
