Christina responded promptly, and while she didn't have an opening, she said she'd put my on a waiting list. I didn't have high expectations given the holiday weekend, but she called me the next day stating she could see me in a few hours. Score! When I drove up to the business, it seemed like I should wait in my car, as a sign stated that there was a session in progress. I went in when a smiling, satisfied-looking older woman walked out. Good sign. The interior is more hippy than spa-like, but it is clean and the treatment room is spacious. Christina asked me about any pain or injuries, and she tailored the massage accordingly. Honestly, it was one of the best massages I've ever had, and I'm somewhat of a deep tissue massage snob. When I'm back on the island, I'll be back to see Christina!

I just finished an hour and a half with her this morning and her approach to bodywork is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly skilled, compassionate, and seeks to understand the whole person and any experiences they would like to share, before she commences her work... she would likely call it a passion in serving others rather than work. I seriously needed some work on my neck, and entire back due to neck surgery a few months ago. She increased my range of motion in my cervical spine dramatically in rotation and extension/flexion. My aging back feels pretty darn good too. If you are local, you absolutely will not regret a session with her. If you're seeking a traditional Western massage for pure relaxation, this spa is excellent. And if…read moreyou want a holistic Eastern approach of deep tissue true healing, I highly recommend it. The masseuses here genuinely care. From my experience, they are highly trained in healing techniques that go beyond relaxation, helping to restore circulation, organ function, and overall well-being. I feel like this is really helpful for people who have neglected their body over time or, like me, have experienced physical or emotional trauma. On a personal note, I've carried a lot of tension from past trauma, and I didn't realize just how much my body was holding onto it. The process takes time, but with the guidance of my masseuse and through massage, breathwork, and the right diet, I've started to release that tension. After just a couple of months, I can already feel a huge difference, and I'm looking forward to continuing this journey. Beyond the physical healing, what makes this place truly special is how much warmth and care the masseuses bring to their work. Sue, in particular, has such a deep commitment to her clients' well-being, and her kindness and dedication make you feel genuinely loved and cared for. I'm so grateful to have experienced her healing firsthand. Highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just a massage. I believe this is truly healing. 5 stars! Thank you, Sue!
