Spent maybe two minutes with the surgeon, then was moved on to the sales pitch. On the day of surgery, I was told I would receive a sedative prior to surgery which did not happen. I was eventually wheeled into a hallway to wait my turn and the doctor came up to me and taped my head to the gurney much like a Dexter episode. Loud music was playing, lots of conversation between the surgical staff and surgeon. After wheeling me in, the surgeon put a weighted cover over my face which made it very difficult to breath. When I voiced my concern to the surgeon, he simply said the anesthesiologist would be in soon. After that, I don't remember a thing and eventually woke up in our truck on our way home. My husband told me I acted like I had Alzeimer's and was completely out of it. A week or so later, I received an email from a company I didn't recognize, asking me to review my anesthesia. I didn't respond. I don't recommend this company. The surgery, btw, was ok.

He prescribed appropriate medication for the scratch, cautioned me about rubbing my eyes while baling hay, (actually suggested shielding my eyes while haying) Eye healed fine. I was seen on a non-appointment basis when I called to describe my distress with the scratch. IHave been very pleased with the staff and management of Complete Vision Care.

In spite of her rudeness I got my husband in the car and made the almost one hour drive to the office. I asked if there was a chance my husband could be seen that day she flippantly informed us that doctor wasn't even in the office. I commented that that would have been nice to know when I called. She quite derisively replied that I hadn't asked. I admit that in my frustration I snipped that I didn't realize I had to ask and turned to help my husband back to the car. On our way out she made sure we heard her sarcastic verbal parting shot, "Nice." It doesn't matter how wonderful the doctor may be when the office staff act as if they're doing you a favor by deigning to speak at you.

What I didn't like- the physician using a yahoo email to talk about patient relations. That's unheard of where I'm from so that was weird for me. The PA was nice but misdiagnosed me. I would recommend for acne but nothing too complex or autoimmune. The room was small and dingy. I wouldn't get any procedures done here. There was a sink full of syringes that I have no idea if they were used or clean. Just a bad experience.
