Carterville IL Dr Hutchison was great but optical staff was a joke. I watched a grandmother fit glasses to kids while staff looked on, when I was looking for glasses, they were little help (little to choose from), tech made marks on glasses one higher than other which I remarked on. Got them and they were not fitted to my face. Got them home and had headaches for a week so took them back. They had been marked incorrectly (imagine that!) so they sent them back to be remade. I got first ones in 2 days, well I guess they didn't like being corrected. After a week, I asked about them. They were in polishing. After 2 1/2 weeks, I called again and still not back so I demanded refund. I was told that they had to get approval. I said I wanted supervisor. I had to call Marion office. They immediately gave me refund. Told them glasses were doing no good in their lab and should not take a week in polishing. Eye dr was great but go somewhere else for glasses. read more
