Since there are so many optometrists/ophthalmologists to choose from, I will be taking my business elsewhere

I went to 5 different places on telegraph and this place got me in within 10 minutes. When I went to the other places they did not have any appointments that same day so I booked appointments for next day with a couple of them and asked pricing. The least expensive option from the other places was $150 for just the eye exam with no insurance and another one was $250! Affordable eye care was only $40! Please check this place out for both price and the friendliest crew working there. They also have a lab inside that does your lenses within 20 minutes. Extremely quick. Extremely great customer service. Very inexpensive!

I've not purchased my contacts yet but the price I've paid already is outstanding. With how bad my vision is I never thought I'd be excited for glasses. It was always embarrassing to me to wear them. They have been the only one doing my adjustments. They told me the screws were stripped, so I needed new frames. I had to pay out of pocket for these that they damaged. Fast forward to April 17. I have a appointment at 9 am. They call at 810 & tell me my eye exam is covered but since I didn't get glasses till July 24 I can't get glasses till July 26. I explained to them what happened. They told me they couldn't fix it. Offered nothing to help & i needed new glasses because I had a laser eye procedure last year & changed my vision. I do have medicaid insurance. Dr McCullough is a wonderful dr & nice but his staff is rude. I will not going back.

My family and I were long-time patients who came in for regular checkups and additional visits, yet multiple small cavities were completely missed. Those same cavities have now progressed into large, invasive procedures that could have been avoided with proper care and attention. What's even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. We have called repeatedly to ask how these issues were missed while we were actively being seen, and no one will return our calls or provide an explanation. This is, without question, the worst dental experience I've ever had. Between missed diagnoses, poor communication, and unprofessional management, I would strongly caution others to avoid this practice and look elsewhere for competent, reliable dental care.
