i suggest that you run from Jackson Superior Electric like someone put a gun to your head. I have lived all over the world, and these are one of least professional, and most incompetent I have ever seen.
I saw commercial on tv about a back up generator. they were supposed to come out today for an estimate 9am - 11am.
i said they MUST call before arriving.
i got a call about 8:40; so far, so good. I was in the middle of day trading stocks.
I trade daily more than most people earn in a year. What i was doing, though, was irrelevant. I asked, ok, theyre coming, do you want to tell me anything else? i heard the repeat about the reason for the call. I said ok, i verified on my calendar, is there anything else you want to tell me? I heard stuttering mixed with silence. i asked a third time, with stuttering as a response. I asked a fourth time, with stuttering as a response. i said if there is no more you want to say, im gonna hang up. same stuttering then no. i went back to work, and the phone rang again. Same incompetent lady telling me she recently called me. she said she wante to be spoken to better. I said, i wish i had the time to talk in flowerly phrases in between every word, but I didnt have the time. I said i was in the middle of working, and ok, you told me the technician was on the way and i asked you repeatedly was there anything else you had to say, so i can get back to work. you could not answer me so i hung up. And now, you call me to interrupt me and waste more of my time. She said she wanted to be talked to better and didnt think we could have a business relationship. I jumped for joy to finally be rid of this incompetent dimwit. I said, good, goodby, go away!!!!!
if the call was recorded i give permission to share with other potential customers.
If she cant handle the question, "Is there anything else you want to say," then she shouldnt be working anywhere but at mcdonalds making french fries. certainly not trusting the safety of anyone's home. read more
