I wanted to get two electrical outlets installed outside and switches by the front door. I looked up the parts myself and it came out to around $100 in parts. They wanted to charge me $705.00 to do the work which results in about $605 labor for two hours of work. I asked them if they could simply drop the $65.00 dispatch fee for my home being more than 20 miles away and told the guy giving me the estimate they would still make $540 labor, he told me "no". He also said "You won't find anyone else to do this job any cheaper" which was a little rude. I called and got a few more estimates and got another company to do the job for $500, saving myself $205 dollars. Keep checking Google Maps and look at company reviews, then call a few. Sometimes other companies are willing to work with you a little more and give you a better price. While Express Electrical is fast, they have high prices and don't seem to want to work with you any.
