Gravity said they could do it for us and had me prepay for the work. On the day of the install they advised me the job was beyond their capabilities (a 12' x 6' graphic on a flat surface) which turned out to be a lie. At the same time they were emailing me, their employee was on site making my customer pay them directly with a 60%+ markup. We ship graphics all over the country and have others do the install for us and we install locally for other companies. It is a common practice. I have never had another company pull such an unethical stunt like this.

They printed a tri-fold marketing hand out on standard stock paper. When I came in in person to have them reprinted all at my cost I was poorly greeted with no apology or responsibility ,but quit the opposite. When I asked to have them reprinted on heavier-nicer stock I was advised it would not work. I ended up going elsewhere for a third printing. I have worked with a lot of printers and this was a first. When I went to check the delivery status, I realized the order I thought I'd placed last week was still in the shopping cart with my other supplier - I had failed to fully execute the order with my wholesaler, which meant my client would not be getting their signs today! On the 3rd day I went by again. Employee said he gave my information to his boss or owner.Person he gave the information was there but was busy with a customer. I said to have him give call me when he was done, No call to this date ( 5 days). Bad customer service, and chances are does a bad wrap job. Who else is there with good customer service and does a good wrap? Just a good paying customer I am.

I should just buy the manufacturer's new product, not their listed alternative. Consequently, PC Industries did not ship the items I was billed for, still have not been refunded. Told the order was "so long ago". Unbelievable. Lesson learned. I should have moved on after the phone call and not risked the outcome.
