The excuse was "We have to take on the reliability when you don't buy the tires from us." What does that even mean? Hahaha. Whatever. Car still rolls. Took 1 hour and 45 mins. The cashier lady was clearly unhappy working there.

When he realized we were from san diego and had nowhere to stay for the night, Rick went above and beyond, taking us to a vacant lot with a small cabin within walking distance of the service center we needed to go the next day.
