I have been renting my home through "The Clear Creek Group" TCCG since 2018 and unfortunately I had…read moretried to terminate my agreement with TCCG without success. I had to hire a Lawyer to terminate the TCCG contract as a homeowner and this was a very stressful and costly experience. My family of 5 have chosen to move abroad and communicated to TCCG on Dec. 8th 2021 specifically requesting TCCG to work closely with me on this matter as we where leaving the USA. At this time it was a fluid situation subject to change with kids getting into school overseas and pet care while we are gone. Early Spring 2022 we concluded that renting our home was not going to work for our family including pet care while living abroad and this was communicated in a 2 week notice (As stated in TCCG contract) to TCCG specifically to terminate our contract. TCCG unfortunately refused to terminate the agreement and stated there was a rental for summer 2022. We where not aware of this summer rental and it was not confirmed with me. Furthermore TCCG would not let us out of this contract and then threatened us with litigation. Soon after we had to hire a lawyer. After months of litigation and moving our caretakers and pets off to another rental for the TCCG Summer rental we ended up loosing a lot of money and created a lot of stress for our family and pets. I am a web developer and travel a lot for work so my Phone is my primary source of communication. I was very clear with TCCG to work with me directly and NOT by the TCCG portal for homeowners because it is not IOS compatible. Furthermore TCCG deducted large amounts from this Summer Rental for our house not being suitable for their guest. The house has been left cleaned by professional cleaners and yard has been maintained by professional landscapers since the conception of Leasing our house in 2018 with no such deductions and issues in past rentals. In the past 2 years of renting our house the TCCG staff turnover is way to high to have good communications. For example TCCG staff was told by me in 2021 to not use specific plumbing fixtures, TCCG did not listen and cause a major flood and damages in our home. This was very costly and TCCG had the nerve to bill us for their negligence. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND as a homeowner to NOT rent or supply your home for vacation rentals via TCCG. Furthermore if you sign a contract of any sort with TCCG will not work with you even if your plans change. Also the turn over rate of TCCG staff is very high, chances are you might not know who you are speaking with next time. I would steer clear of this company as they are dishonest, disrespectful to homeowners, provide poor homeowner support, poor communications, very litigious, and unprofessional.

For us, they were nothing but nice booked all our reservations, restaurants, rafting gave us advice on things to do. Anytime there was a question, they were right there to help or answer for us. I'd provide a 0 star review if I could. This property management company cancels and overbooks your reservations. I booked a property they manage through Airbnb called Wind River #9 at Jacksonhole for a 10 person ski trip. They confirmed my reservation and took my money. Two months before the ski trip, when All of the other 10 person rental properties are essentially gone, they cancel my reservation. Now my friends may get their money back from Airbnb, but what about flights and reservations that we've purchased because of our plans? Now they won't respond to me, or compensate me for their mistake. I will never book with them ever again.

We arrived at the cabin on Sunday to find it in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition. I…read morereported the issues to Kabino on Monday, expecting a prompt resolution. Instead, I was met with skepticism, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of urgency. The cabin had clearly not been properly cleaned. The floors had not been swept or mopped, with food debris and dirt throughout the cabin and underneath the pull-out couch cushions. The hot tub was even more concerning. It had a thick yellow ring around the interior, cloudy and murky water, visible hair and debris floating inside, and mold present around the edges. This was not simply cosmetic--it was unsanitary and unusable. Monica assured me that a cleaning crew and a hot tub maintenance team would be sent out. The housekeeper who arrived did little more than spray air freshener, perform minimal dusting, and clean beneath only one section of the pull-out couch while leaving the rest untouched. The hot tub crew never addressed the actual issues. I documented everything with photographs and sent them directly to Monica, clearly showing that the cabin had still not been properly cleaned and that the hot tub had not been serviced. To demonstrate how little effort had been made, I wiped a portion of the yellow buildup away myself using nothing more than a paper towel and the hot tub water. It came off easily, proving the issue was neglect--not an impossible cleaning task. Monica responded by saying she would send the crew back. On Tuesday, the hot tub crew returned and only partially removed the yellow ring. Roughly one-third of the buildup remained. They failed to remove the mold and hair, and they never balanced or treated the water, leaving the hot tub unsafe and unfit for use. Throughout this process, we made every reasonable request to allow Kabino to correct the situation. We asked that the cabin be properly cleaned. They refused. We asked to be moved to a clean unit. They refused that as well. Instead, Kabino decided that a $100 refund was sufficient compensation for renting a filthy cabin and spending part of our vacation trying to get it into a sanitary condition. What is most disappointing is not just the condition of the property, but the company's attitude. They were dismissive of legitimate concerns, repeatedly failed to deliver on promised corrective actions, and ultimately chose to minimize the issue rather than make it right. I would strongly discourage anyone from renting through Kabino. If cleanliness, customer service, and accountability matter to you, I recommend looking elsewhere.

If there's no traffic it's another 7-8ish minutes to the town of Jackson. We booked the Alta Vista house and a condo booked for 5 nights (due to the size of our family). The house was beautiful and had an amazing view of the Tetons from a large backyard. We have kids and they were beyond accommodating with having multiple high chairs, cribs, and a pack n play in the house ready for our arrival. The house did not have air conditioning which I think is fine for the majority of the time, but it was in the high 80s while we were there and there were a few nights that were incredibly hot upstairs. They did have multiple fans in every single bedroom which was nice. This wouldn't stop me from staying there again but a few things that I was surprised about... -3 of the 4 bath tubs had the stop drain removed so you couldn't fill them for kids to take a bath -one of the closets had an opening to the attic and there was insulation kind of hanging down out of it -the beds were all made with an insane amount of blankets, comforters, etc. I'm assuming they use the same bedding year round -the hot tub was closed for repairs, but no one seemed to be repairing it -it's $75 for a key to turn on the firepit... We booked the horseback riding online for 4 people. Unfortunately one person was unable to make it and we were able to have another family member take his place. Our guide was Hannah and she was amazing! She was incredibly helpful, shared a ton of facts and information along the way, and was really kind. I would definitely go back - just for the ease of everything and the amazing views knowing that there are likely a few things to keep in mind when booking.
