I met with Jordan Trent, the designer for my pool. Although I had limited pool design knowledge, I…read morehad a general idea of what I wanted. Jordan did his best to meet my expectations. However, before the pool was completed, I learned that he had been let go from the company for unknown reasons, which raised a red flag for me. Despite this, I continued with Waterscapes and was assigned a project manager named Grayson Whitman. Grayson communicated smoothly and effectively, and I ignored several red flags, convinced that the final result would turn out well. In hindsight, I deeply regret not overseeing the project more closely and not expressing my concerns more assertively when something didn't look right. This experience has taught me the importance of vigilance and assertiveness in such projects. My disappointment with the craftsmanship of the pool and spa is profound. Waterscapes hired some of the lowest-quality contractors I have ever encountered. Within just over a year, my pool has faced several issues. For instance, the pavers were installed unevenly and are on a slope that seems too steep. Also, mold has started growing between the pavers, a clear sign of poor workmanship. Moreover, the cage has begun to rust, and the screening is breaking due to being stretched too tightly. Given my price for the pool and spa, I expected them to last longer before showing signs of wear. The fact that these defects appeared within the first year after completion was unexpected and disappointing. You may wonder if I reported these issues, and the answer is yes. However, most of my complaints were dismissed despite believing they were justified. I encourage potential buyers to be cautious when dealing with this company. All the problems I mentioned arose just over a year after I had the pool installed. As you might expect, they offer only a one-year warranty, and once that period is up, they will not even take your call. I could share much more, but this platform only allows limited information. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out. I will respond openly and honestly and can provide pictures if you'd like. I have documented the issues I faced with Waterscapes extensively and am more than willing to share them to help you make an informed decision. Considering the cost, craftsmanship, time, and patience required to complete this project, I would give Waterscapes Pools & Spas an overall grade of D- for this project. Thank you.

We are thrilled to share our experience and extend our deepest gratitude to Trusted Pool and Spa…read morefor the extraordinary work they have done. When we decided to invest in our backyard oasis, we knew that finding a reliable and trustworthy company was of utmost importance. After researching extensively and meeting with several pool contractors, we chose Trusted Pool and Spa, and could not be happier with that decision. Their level of open communication made us feel valued as a customer and assured us that our satisfaction was their top priority. The construction phase did come with a few bumps and bruises along the way, as with nearly EVERY major project. However, the TPS crew always worked diligently to resolve any bumps and bruises to our satisfaction, and that every aspect of the project was completed with precision. We can confidently say their commitment to customer satisfaction extends far beyond the completion of the project, and even beyond their contracted warranties/commitments as they have been readily available to answer any questions and offer ongoing support. We wholeheartedly recommend Trusted Pool and Spa to anyone seeking a dependable, professional, and passionate team for their pool and spa needs. They have proven themselves to be a company that takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. Thank you, Trusted Pool and Spa, for transforming our backyard into our Family Oasis -- We could not be happier with the outcome!

I would not recommend them. The color we had verbally agreed which they sent in a photo of a pool…read morethey had done (see below) and which I had agreed in texts, was not the color used. In the quote, the color is incorporated in the type of the material and listed under the Material Used section. I assumed Aqua Cool was a further description of the Material Used. Aqua means water in French and Cool is not a color, so Aqua Cool Stonescape Mini Pebbles sounded the right material for a pool with cool water. The color I had chosen was French Gray. The quote included a very small photo of a swatch, HOWEVER it did not STATE AT WHAT DEPTH the photo was taken and therefore there is no way to determine color based upon a swatch and no reference to depth. ALSO having agreed French Gray so many times, I was not expecting to have to re-approve the color. I spent $20,000. They are suggesting I PAY THEM another $12,000 plus all the start up costs to achieve the color we agreed. BUYER BEWARE.
