I asked the young lady for an appointment that would get her vehicle in immediately and out quickly with minimum wait. She said either 8 am or 1 pm. It took 4 hours for an oil change. The friend I had bring it has an appointment immediately after this and now I feel bad he had to wait, rush the car back to us so he can make his appointment. He didn't tell me he was still waiting for the vehicle since he is an introvert. I sent him a thank you text to only find out he was still there waiting on it. This is not acceptable. If you had some type of delay I should have been notified immediately. Totally unacceptable.

Preston was very courteous and advised me that he would be able to help me. I try to do "simple things" myself but when I realized that you had to go through the tire fender area, I went to the professionals. Good thing I did! After replacing the buld, it still wouldn't work. Chris had to connect the computer and reset the system. Apparently, when the bulb blew, the computer shut dow the "port" and it had to be reset. After being reset, the light came on and worked properly. These guys are great at what they do!! I will continue to use these guys and have already shown my 17 yrs old daughter how to use their service as well. The staff is always helpful and courteous.

I called express oil and spoke to an agent and i inquired about the free ac check and the agent sounded put off i inquired about it. I asked what was included in the ac check and he blurted out "WE CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT BLOWS COLD! I asked again what tests would be run on the ac. The employee clarified they simply turn the ac on and then turn it off. So essentially the 'free ac check' is just a lie to get you into their shop.

They took pictures a month later. They gave me a car with dirt all over it spiders all over it and a few inside., they Mitch match the car with things like silver trimming when things should be blacked out they Mitch match different spots that were customized and blacked out. My front bumper was not even completely attached. They had random scratches on the car. My dashboard is now rattling when I turn on AC there is a smell like no other that I cannot get rid of. They kept part that they had to replace that comes as a set of two so they put one on the car and kept the other. I have not received that one through mail as I requested my rim where they did their repairs are scratched up and all of these things have been verified through my pictures before I release the card to them and been confirmed by their advisor Stephanie with me and her going through a walk-through after I had to go back to location and point out new scratches and new damage, she confirmed on her iPad that certain scratches were not there. Certain things were not there. The Customer Service is very poor. Once you kindly point out things that they mismatched or did additional damage you can tell that they put you in a category as a problematic customer even if you're very pleasant so again my experience and advice is if you want your car that you take very good care of to be treated like crap and return to you looking like someone else's car not even your car that you customized and if you want very poor Customer Service and people giving you disgusting looks because they know who you are when you walk through the door then you should try them. If not, I don't recommend at all. They made right under $12,000 on my car and now I have to figure out why my car is rattling. I have these scratches on my rims. My car smells horrible when it still had the new car smell in it when they receive the car my car sleeps in a cover, nice premium garage and when I gave it to them, it was treated like crap now I have books on the inside of the car that I've had to get a professional treatment done. It's so many things. Be careful.
