They charged me an outrageous $1,250 per hour for a tow that lasted 3 hours, totaling a staggering $4,175 for a mere 13 miles. To make matters worse, the service was accompanied by rude and dismissive behavior from the staff, who seemed completely indifferent to the distress they were causing.
