BUYER BEWARE I got…read morea car from this place at the end of 2025 and it has been a bad decision on my part this place sells nothing but junk and when confronted about it the pretty much tell you that your on your own. I unknowly and not disscussed bought a salvage title care from them that alone is illegal to sell a salvage title car with a finance company i also did not know was in play. They call it a buy here pay here but you do not pay them they sublease the loans through a very bad company and charge every the highest apr legally allowed also did not know. After all this the car had a crack in the transmission on the bottom side of it and shifted very hard after a day of driving it around the rotors were warped and the front wheels where bent. I tried taking the car to my work and balancing the tires thats when i discoverd they was bent and the comapny would not replace them they said i must have done it myself. i ended up replacing both front wheels myself anyways because i had no choice and the brakes and rotors keep in mind this is just week 1 of ownership. Now after all this the trans was getting worse and worse and i got tired of paying on somthing that was sold on a lie so i voluntary gave the car back told them for weeks to come get it and all the would do is threaten me over the phone to pay it this went on for around a month then they finally got the car. Now they are trying to sue me for giving the car back when i replaced everything for them except the transmission and now its a civil battle but i will be hiring a lawyer and counter sueing for Fraud.

When I came in to drop off some papers and fill up the tank I was informed that they would not fill up the tank because I did not leave a perfect score on the survey (the question regarding everything being delivered in a timely manner as promised I gave 8/10 for the spray in liner). I own a business, we send out surveys to improve customer experience and fix issues in our practice. Apparently Jeff Wyler chooses to chastise the customer for honestly instead of using honest feedback to improve its operational practices. They said your approved and to come on down. When I arrived I was told I must have 11,000 down to get the car after I had been told I was approved. I drove all that way to be embarrassed.
