Can't praise the staff at Jacks enough, mate. They are superstars; enigmas in their own right. These wonderful, selfless humans helped me through a hard time when I soiled my favorite pair of dungaroos whilst awaiting a warm churro. Sprayed me down and raised me up high when my spirit bogged low. read more

We love the pizza and mozzarella sticks! We order every week -- always delicious! Definitely recommend

They forgot to make part of my order, so when I arrived I had to wait extra for them to finish it. While I was waiting, one of the workers made a racist comment in regards to the news story that came over the tv, looked at me and laughed and said "I guess that wasn't appropriate". The food and place in general has never been that impressive, just convenient. But convenience isn't worth listening to ignorant, unprofessional staff, and I won't be going back. read more

Jack's pizza is the best. Perfect blend of all ingredients and skilled pizza makers behind the counter. Their other food is great too. I love their Caesar salad and cheesesteaks. They are always friendly and courteous. Grateful the best pizzeria is near my home. read more

Jacks is by far the best pizza in the Quakertown area. I moved to this area last year from North Jersey, so I was spoiled with great pizza. We have tried all the local pizzerias and most of them seem to put sugar or honey in their marinara. This does not taste good, red sauce or marinara should not be sweet. Jacks is the best. The sauce is delicious, the cheese isn't cheap, and the dough tastes better then the others. This will be our go to spot in the future. read more

The best pizza in the area. Pizza dough is better than other local places. Slices are hefty, no skimpy pie. Just delicious. Pizza is my cheat food, don't normally eat cheese, but when I need comfort food, this is my go to. Definitely, take out, unless just dropping by for a lunch slice. read more

Awesome tasting pizza you can't go wrong at jakes great food! The service is outstanding it is hidden in a small strip mall on Durham road close to Palisades high school. Try it you won't be disappointed read more

Best cheesesteaks around! Just fabulous! The staff is always so friendly and the food so good!

I didn't like the pizza at all. Maybe it was a bad day for pizza making? Maybe I have to try other menu items to get a full evaluation of the place? I dunno. I'll have to give them the chance to wow me with a cheese and steak stromboli. And it was weird being there. On the day I went there, the people there gave me the creeps. read more

We have gotten pizza from Jacks many times. Never had a complaint about the pizza until tonight. Both my son and I ate the pizza as soon as I got it home, and an hour and half later we both experienced stomach upset and bowel issues. I called Jacks just to let them know our experience in case others have called woth same issue (possibly the cheese may have gone bad? It happens.) I was told "Nope. Nothing here is ever old or spoiled, all made fresh, nothing left out etc....yada yada." I again explained I was just calling to express concern for others and just an "fyi". He was a bit defensive, didn't offer for us to return the pizza (only 4 slices were consumed) didn't offer anything but "Not us, doesn't happen here". That was disappointing. I have had my own business and know how it is when a customer is dissatisfied, or has a bad experience...you do what you can to make it a GOOD experience for them. And you certainly don't undermine their experience. Stuff happens; employees get careless or accidents happen... Ill be getting pizza up the road at Pasta Bella for now on. read more

Traditional "Pizza Place" food, with a friendly staff! Their cheese steaks are delicious, their salads are HUGE, and their pizza is always fresh and hot! Great little "hole in the wall" nearby that we order from once a week! read more

Historically Great Food! Have been eating here since high school since it was right down the road. Love the pizza and pepperoni rolls. Cheesesteaks are also awesome! Work on your customer service though... had a very very rude woman take my order for pick up. Proceeded to be rude when I asked a question about the menu options for a particular pizza.. I stopped her and asked why she couldn't just answer my question instead of giving me what she thought would be an okay solution. She continued to be rude through the rest of my order. Short with me and ended up hanging up with no total, not asking me a name for the order, and no time frame for the order. Hopefully the pizza is still good when we pick it up. I understand being busy with covid but there is no reason to be downright rude when a customer is trying to place an order. Asking questions about menu items is normal. It made me feel uncomfortable ordering anything special or asking any additional questions about the order. I wish I just cancelled the order before following through.. read more

Great food, great customer service! Pizza is always good, great grilled chicken Caesar salad- actually don't think I've had anything here that I didn't like. Jack's may be tucked away in a little shopping center, but they seem to have a lot of loyal customers! Definitely recommend!! read more

You should remove the 2 yr past complaints if they have corrected them all now,I am here to tell you today. My group of 3 shared a buffalo chicken pizza. Excellent. My son liked the pizza so much that he ordered 4 more to take home. The cheesesteake was loaded with meat and fried onions. The roll was perfect. read more

Love this place!!! I'm gonna be honest, we are empty nesters and we rarely feel like cooking most weeks we both work full time,my husband is active duty military. When we don't feel like cooking our go to place is Jack's. Everything we have tried so far is top notch, hoagies, cheese steaks, cheese fries, pizza, stromboli and my favorite is the Chef Salad, ohhhhh myyyy goodnessssss it is so good they are packed salads too, you get your monies worth. It is a small place just like the ones I grew up with, nothing extra fancy. Fantastic food, great service and such nice people, prices are so reasonable too. I decided to write this tonight since I have my left over Italian in front of me and it's not super soggy, you people know what I mean. When does that ever happen with a next day hoagie. Its cause the bread is good, its packed with meat and cheese. So I was compelled to write this, like man this place and food is sooooo good. read more

For a middle of nowhere pizzaira, this is as good as it gets. I over look the pizza place 2 minutes from my house in favor of driving 5 minutes here. It's well worth it. Their pizza is great and the staff's friendly. My family and I have been going here for years! read more

Not the cleanest inside. There was cheese in one booth, pizza sauce smeared on the other booth. And to top it off, there was hair on other booth. Needs some renovation inside. Cheesesteak is mediocre. Pizza is good read more

Just ate the best cheesesteak ! The Pizza is always excellent too. Always top notch food at Jack's!

We drove up from Philly for a burger at Moo, which turned out to be closed for vacation. Starving, we stopped in at the nearest food spot, Jack's Pizzeria, up the road and ordered a couple slices of Sicilian. Excellent find! Beautiful crust, nice and yeasty, and crisp on the outside; bright, tomato-y sauce; fresh romano cheese. Really, just a standout slice. Next time we're up this way for ice cream at owowcow, we'll be stopping in for a whole pie. There's something evocative---charming, almost---about the run-down shopping-strip storefront. Sit in one of the ancient vinyl booths in the secondary dining room and frame the farmhouse across the street within one of the big plate glass windows. You'll feel like you're in a Stephen Shore photograph. Bring a flashlight for finding the bathroom. read more

Good pizza. Great customer service. The guy who makes the pizza knows everyome by name. He loves what he does and it shows in the pizza

Good place to go for a good NY style cheese pizza. Seems like it has improved, or now I am less picky after trying some other local pizzas.

Great New York style Pizza, and everything else is good too, Been eating there for years even though I don't live in the area anymore, when I want a real good Pizza instead of going around the corner to get some somewhere in Quakertown I will drive out to Jack's to get some good pizza. read more

Great pizza in a spot I never expected to find great pizza. I live down the road and didn't get a pizza from here for longer than I would have if I'd know better. Their regular pie is good but the specialty pies is where Jacks really shines. If you like the flavor of BBQ do yourself a favor and order a BBQ chicken pie, it's amazing! I also can't say enough about their other specialty pies "Bacon, chicken, & ranch" awesome!, Buffalo chicken hot compared to others I've had but delicious. I've not had one pie from Jack's I wouldn't recommend to someone. their other items aren't bad either, Stromboli, fries, cheese fries, it's all been on the good to great side compared to others I've had. More importantly it's consistent, there's nothing worse than barging about a great place only to bring home food that taste like cardboard, It's happened to me other places but never at here. I hope their around for a long time, as a local it's one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite, emergency dinner (sometimes I burn things), or just a good pizza (sometimes you need one). If they offered delivery it's the only way I can really see them getting better, I'm not sure it's feasible out here but it sure would be nice. read more

Pizza here is very good, but you probably want to do takeout. They have put zero money into renovating this place......who has booths with large holes in the seats?? Very dirty interior. If you want good pizza and a place to stay and eat it, then I recommend Borderline Cafe up in Riegelsville nearby. But if you just want takeout, the food here is good. read more
