Jack's is a go to spot for chicken and breakfast for my family. Not this 1! I try to have understanding for a busy establishment, but there drive-thru order takers are usually pretty rude and rush you to make an order. If that was the only issue, I wouldn't bother. This morning, however, my wife ordered a chicken biscuit and brought it home to eat. After the first bite, she realized the chicken was undercooked and raw! Probably not going back! read more

Looking for a quick fix for a late lunch. My wife ordered a bacon & cheese biscuit (no eggs available) Cheese wasn't melted & biscuit was very hard & cold. Didn't finish it. I ordered a burger that was full of gristle which I also didn't finish. The bun was also hard. Plain & simple... the food sucked! I was told by my wife who walked in the bathroom to wash her hands & immediately walked out due to someone with major diarrhea. She told one of the cashiers. Would give no stars. Do not stop here. Was going to get something to eat but after a quick trip to the restroom we changed our minds. Women's restroom toilet over flowing, no toilet paper and filthy. For the men's restroom, I saw better public restrooms in New York Subways that had been taken over by a homeless army. This was not a "lunchtime rush" not clean. Waited an hour for our food. The fried chicken was not good and still had uncooked flour in the crust. The fries were bland and the biscuits were just ok. We tried the breakfast on another trip. Waited 30 minutes in the parking lot for a drive thru order. Had to get a refund. Was told my order hadnt even popped up on their screen yet. They weren't busy compared to most standard places, they just had no idea what they were doing. Drove to the town over and received food faster and customer service was 200% better. This kind of service would be unacceptable anywhere else in the country. Maybe locals are used to this kind of service because theres not many choices to eat but the bar should be set much higher. Pay workers more and get higher quality workers or people who would want to actually work because they were in no hurry and Had no idea how to multitask or do more than one thing at a time. Very sad if this is the workforce here. If you aren't paying more than $12/hr than I wouldn't work either. First off I am gonna start by saying if I could write a 0 star review I would. Next This place is "Fast Food" When it took 47 minutes just to get 1 order. And everyone was talking and not working we ordered chicken fingers and got chicken breast! Got the incorrect change and when we confronted them they would not give us the correct change and just walked away. It was very uncomfortable being in that building and the food was horrible The ambience felt unwelcoming and when I say unwelcome I mean it they treated not just me but other customers like criminals it's so bad it made me sick and I am gonna to report this Fast food restaurant I hope you dont come here to just get better service read more

Breakfast items were hot and good. Employees were actually very pleasant. Problem was we waited soooooo long in drive thru and they weren't even that busy. Went to Jacks' yesterday. YUCK! I ordered 2 plain hamburgers and 1 plain cheeseburger with fries and sodas. They put all 3 hamburgers in the bottom of a small bag with all three orders of fries on top. I wanted to check to make sure the order was right but I couldn't take out all three orders of fries to look in the bottom of the bag and double-check the burgers. OF COURSE, the burgers were made incorrectly. Also the food tasted awful. I really don't know what the big deal is about Jack's. I was extremely disappointed. read more
