Furthermore, the 'do not use' signs on the customer-side fountains were a barrier, even if I could have technically mixed the drinks myself. I requested to speak with the Manager-on-Duty, but they refused a face-to-face conversation and maintained the denial. When I mentioned contacting corporate, the cashier acknowledged my right to do so. If I ever done that at my job as a cashier or management I would have been written up or fired for not taking care of the customer. This experience was highly unsatisfactory. I am unlikely to return to this location and may consider patronizing competitors instead.
