I recently visited Zaxby's and unfortunately had a very negative experience. Despite there being many other cars passing by, I was forced to wait for my food for an unacceptable 35 minutes. This was a very unprofessional and disappointing experience. When I visit a fast food restaurant, I expect to receive my food quickly and efficiently. However, that was not the case in this situation. The long wait time made me feel frustrated and inconvenienced. The restaurant seemed to have little regard for my time or the time of the other customers waiting for their orders. Overall, I would not recommend this fast food restaurant to anyone looking for quick and efficient service. There are other options in the area that value their customers' time and provide a more professional experience. In the future, I will be taking my business elsewhere. EDIT: The Inside was closed due to staffing issue. So I was forced the use the drive thru. Maybe the owner/operator should put more effort into the location read more

Not a frequent zaxby visitor but the few times I've been there it has been decent. However, this time was not great. I ordered a signature sandwich meal through the drive through and they had me pull up into a waiting spot, it took about 15 minutes to come out. A lot of cars behind me came through and got their orders right away so I didn't totally understand that one. Stuff happens in a kitchen, it's understandable. HOWEVER, the chicken sandwich I received was the tiniest little piece of "chicken". On top of that it was 90% tendon. I don't really have high expectations for "fast" food but that was not good. read more

This Zaxby's in Andalusia has always been my favorite among the chain. The building is super clean-I've never seen it dirty out of the probably 10 or so times I've been here on the way to or back from the beach. The service is always super friendly and fast-just like it should be. Everyone greets you with a smile, and the food has always been warm and fresh. My favorites here will always be the boneless wings and things platter(with wimpy sauce), but their salads are good too(all of them). I will always come by here to grab a good meal when heading to or back from the beach. Good job, Andalusia! Keep up the good work! read more

Food is delicious. Customer service is good. However they forgot to give us ketchup and honey mustard through the drive thru. When you remind them about your sauces some of the workers get a bit unfriendly. Overall everything was great. read more

We love there chicken and wings. They have great sauces to go with it. The only complaint we have is that the only non fried side you can get is a salad. We drive across town to get mashed potatoes and gravy to go with our chicken. read more
