Not a latte! Usually the app shows the latte as not available when the machine isn't working. Today I ordered 2 lattes and when I got there they weren't available. This isn't uncommon, the machine is down a LOT. When I asked about this today I was told it was self cleaning and that was the problem. My lattes were replaced with regular coffee (I did have choices, but none were preferable and I wasn't offered a refund.) I won't be back. read more

I went inside and only ordered a drink. Cashier said she didn't have any change for the money I gave her & just stood there looking at me. I asked if drive thru might have it or if a manager could get change for her as she continues to just look at me. She finally asked another employee & they got change for her. She didn't give my cup to me so I walked back up & asked her for it since they were right behind her. She asked if it was here or to go & I said she never asked me if it was here or to go when I ordered. She then informed me that I would have to get it from the kitchen staff that were making orders and bringing them up to the counter. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting & finally flagged someone down & asked them for my cup & told them I asked cashier for it & she said I had to get it from them. Don't recommend! My wife and I stopped by this McDonald's for some breakfast and the employees continued to mishear what we had ordered. My wife wanted a large caramel frappe and so that is what she ordered. When we got our food we received a medium caramel macchiato. We initially assumed we had just messed up our order so we fixed it by just ordering the large caramel frappe again. When we tried to order this the employee inside was being rude about the price difference between the drinks. We were not attempting to cause an issue and just tried to buy the drink we wanted initially. She didn't seem to want to put the order in for us and was yelling at her fellow employee "they didn't want that drink!". This just seemed extremely unprofessional to us. The employees then gave us a medium mocha frappe. When the male employee brought us the new drink we were confused and he proceeded to talk to us like we were stupid since we tried to explain that it was not what we ordered. As others have said, a reliable restroom stop. If you're going to or from Florida via I-65 through Georgiana and down through Florala, this is a good pit stop in a nicely civilized part of the state. Stop there last two Sundays between 2 pm and 3 pm the dining area was trash everywhere overflowing trash containers,no ketchup in either pump and the employees were so loud it sounded like a party! But no one had time to clean! I have to guess there is no management that works on Sundays!! My husband ask for cups so we could get a drink, the employee told another employee to do it, as she was doing nothing so I finally committed that "I guess you have to wait as your just a customer" then she finally got him a cup. Two stops by here for dinner and a breakfast shift. Both times it took just over 15 minutes to the food we ordered. If you order a meal and get a fountain drink and someone else gets a large sweet tea they'll put the tea on the meal ticket so they can charge you full price for the fountain drink. Terrible service. My family came through Andalusia late near the end of our road trip. We decided to take turns going to the bathroom. The manager decided after giving me a nasty look to lock the doors while I was still in the restroom. I didn't think to leave the restaurant door open after I freaked out, finding that the door was locked. I want to emphasize that she looked at me, SHE KNEW I WAS THERE! Of course every other place in Andalusia was closed. So the rest of my family did not get to go to the restroom for hours. The kicker is it wasn't even closing yet. They still had eight minutes, so she just did it to be nasty. We were thinking about going through the drivethru and ordering something before we got back on the road, but after the rude display from the night manager, we obviously did not purchase anything. We gave money to the McDonalds corporation multiple times on our trip. I will rethink this going forward, considering that they hire rude, nasty managers that are more concerned about their smoke breaks than actually helping their customers. read more
