Visiting this location the counter staff were welcoming and accommodating when we asked for all Thighs. We were told it would take a little time to cook the extra thighs which was fine as we know it would be hot and fresh. It seemed staff was a little behind keeping product ready as the front cash registers and drive through got backed up quickly with long wait times for orders. I would suggest to staff to be more prepared on Sunday's after church, not everyone is as patient as others. The bathrooms were clean, they were out of lemonade but over all I'll give them 3 stars.

I really haven't had a bad experience at Firehouse before, but this is just ridiculous…read more I would have turned around and gone back to have them correct the egregious errors in sandwich making... but no, we're currently hooked up to a trailer with a horse in it, headed to TN. So, here I sit, as a passenger, writing this review in hopes management sees this review and improves the service. I ordered a H&L, nothing out of the ordinary, added oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, jalapeños, and banana peppers. Next sammie... turkey. Again, nothing crazy... no mustard (I can't do vinegar-based sauces), add Cajun mayo and olives. What did we get? H&L came with black olives, Cajun mayo, no oil, no vinegar, no salt or pepper. Turkey didn't have any olives, and they added the oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. I couldn't eat my turkey because vinegar hurts my stomach. Husband couldn't eat his because of the Cajun mayo and the black olives. I should also add, that the amount of oil and vinegar added to the sub was, superfluous; the entire sandwich was SOGGY. We just wasted a half hour waiting for 2 sandwiches that were incorrectly made... and we're still hungry...so...thanks.

Staff was disorganized, losing tickets, other people also requested refunds and left the restaurant. They were also out of ice. She was driving and I was trying to find their menu. It seemed like the best way to get it was through the app. So I decided to do the our order through that and have it ready once we arrive. Even though their food and service are typically sub-par, Sonic was perfect for us to get a quick bite and stretch our legs. The awesome thing about the app and knowing travel times was that our food was there before our twin 4 year olds were even done with the bathroom. Seriously it was to us within 3 minutes of arrival. So I was able to divy up all of the food once everyone was ready. That is probably the main reason this is a 4 star review. Andalusia Sonic gets the benefit of me using the app for the first time. Because service is usually terrible at Sonic. The food was still meh. 3 stars at best. But the kids loved it. The service was fast. The bathroom was suitable. And it was on our route. I could give more complaints. But it was exactly what we needed in our situation and got to the beach on time!
