I ordered a H&L, nothing out of the ordinary, added oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, jalapeños, and banana peppers. Next sammie... turkey. Again, nothing crazy... no mustard (I can't do vinegar-based sauces), add Cajun mayo and olives. What did we get? H&L came with black olives, Cajun mayo, no oil, no vinegar, no salt or pepper. Turkey didn't have any olives, and they added the oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. I couldn't eat my turkey because vinegar hurts my stomach. Husband couldn't eat his because of the Cajun mayo and the black olives. I should also add, that the amount of oil and vinegar added to the sub was, superfluous; the entire sandwich was SOGGY. We just wasted a half hour waiting for 2 sandwiches that were incorrectly made... and we're still hungry...so...thanks.

worst tropical smoothie cafe experience ever…read more I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Tropical Smoothie and I must say, it was an absolute disaster. From start to finish, the customer service was abysmal and the entire ordeal left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. The worst part of the entire experience was when the employee brought out our food, and actually carelessly threw the food at us. Yes, you read that correctly. She literally threw the food at us, and knocked one of the smoothies over which spilled all over my friends khaki pants, which are now stained. Not only was this behavior completely unprofessional, but it was also downright disrespectful and humiliating. The employee did not show an ounce of remorse when the smoothie spilled all over him, no sorry or anything. I understand everyone has clumsy moments, but the lack of respect and remorse is appalling, we are on a work trip traveling for hours on end and now his work pants are soaked and stained. If that wasn't enough, my food order was ruined. I have a dairy allergy and I got the hummus veggie wrap with no cheese and no onions, I have gotten this any and every time I've ever gone to tropical smoothie, it's so good it's my favorite. This location however, decided to drench the entire wrap in ranch. We were told it would take a little time to cook the extra thighs which was fine as we know it would be hot and fresh. It seemed staff was a little behind keeping product ready as the front cash registers and drive through got backed up quickly with long wait times for orders. I would suggest to staff to be more prepared on Sunday's after church, not everyone is as patient as others. The bathrooms were clean, they were out of lemonade but over all I'll give them 3 stars.
